No spam???

Tinned chicken has a bit of a weird flavor to it, the turkey, too, but it is easily masked
if used in something like a macaroni salad, and can even be mixed with tinned tuna.
Oh yes we do have spam. I am not fond of it though. I prefer to get the roast chook, cut it up and then freeze it till I need it.

My daughter Angie gave me a Mothers Day gift card for Longhorn Steakhouse so Jeff and I had Beef baby back ribs, loaded baked potatoes, Jeff mac & cheese, Janice seasoned rice, and 2 loaves of wheat bread. We both still have leftover ribs, and 1 loaf of wheat bread.
I went to my daughter's place yesterday, and picked up our favourite take-out: Japanese. She likes the
Miami heat roll, and I always have the California roll with yam tempura. Her aunt had a dynamite roll

I had a piece of each an hour before hand cuz I was so hungry, and then polished the rest of it all off (my
portion only LOL) when we sat down together for dinner. Normally I have leftovers for a late night nosh...

I had the misfortune of having to purchase 3 ribeye steaks when we only need two to get the sale price. Tonight I'll grill all three and will serve them with rosemary and thyme red potato wedges roasted in the air fryer. Tomorrow I'll take that 3rd ribeye, cut it up and add it to some pozole I stumbled across to make beef pozole.
Don’t let anyone steal your thyme (hidden meaning).

tomorrow i'm having skunk strip steak garnished with liver dipped in pickle juice topped with garlic & for a side, it's pigeon encrusted slices marinated in prune juice.
