At a certain point, a perversion of God becomes that there is no God
Which I also said but you derided, and thought was funny to have pointed out to you.

It seems you would prefer being called an atheist yourself.

Thanks, I guess, but the Bible wins, not me.
The Bible doesn't define atheism. It says that through our conscience and creation we all know there is a God. Also, eternity has been placed within our hearts. There are no atheists. Just deniers.

That was her body that was struck dead, not her spirit.

Then of course you have the Noah's Flood where probably millions if not billions of people where struck Dead, are we going to say all there spirits where struck dead when they never had experienced being born again.
what do you do with scripture like this that just makes a really plain statement

“For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10:26-27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

or this speaking of people who had already received the Holy Ghost

“For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6:4-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

When it comes to who’s “saved “ consider waiting for the judge rather than making ourselves saved our way

“For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭4:4-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We should wait because we have a judge

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:10-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And in the end saved and not saved is here

“But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

but unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

but glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:5, 7-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus saves people but they have to hear and listen to what he said in the everlasting gospel this means there is a day we all have to meet Jesus and our judgement according to his word and he who suffered and died is the one who decides who is saved or not , based on what he said when he came offering salvation

We aren’t entitled we’re disciples who trust our lord d his word

[Heb 6:9 KJV] 9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

“Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

…. For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

but that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: that ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6:1, 4-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I’m not sure plucking one verse from chapter to try to discredit the whole chapter is a very wise move but alot of that happens these days

Notice the "dead works" above, meaning, anything that a man might try to do to achieve and/or keep salvation - those are the "dead works"

These verses too.
[Heb 6:3 KJV] 3 And this will we do, if God permit.

[2Ti 2:25 KJV] 25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

repentance is a gift given to the elect by God when born-again.

So you (no offense) doing basically the same thing more then just this post is what? You make sure to take it a step.. I can't...

See in truth we must always read above and below. To make a statement to just then post one or two verses. Like reading "For"... yeah he (the sweet holy Spirit) was talking about something before that.

Hebrews 10, Hebrews 6... one talking about Jewish people that were saved and sinned to then go back and offer a sacrifice for that sin. So he told them there is no more sacrifice for that sin Christ can not die again. Some kind of thing with the other verse. Not talking to believers... be nice to just read not have Gods word shouted at me... I don't do it to others..

God provided repentance not man.

The sacrifice of his son granted repentance for sin, not man.

No man can save himself.

Only the the fathers will can save
Through his son.

Hebrews mentions it is impossible for those who fall away to be brought back to repentance.

But this is God willing steps also which any born again Christian would take notice.

But the word impossible is a wrong choice of a word and meaning in your understanding of the translation.

Because nothing is impossible with God but can be with man

Impossible can be translated as difficult or extremely hard.

Impossible can be translated to trying in vein but to know evail

Impossible can be translated to somebodies frustration in Trying to achieve something by them selves and giving up then saying this is impossible.

Impossible can be directed at a single person whom your trying to help some one recover from addiction or mental illness but to evail you might say this is impossible.

Jesus said you will all fall away on my account but did that mean you would all perish ?.

No because we only have to look at the prodical Son for this

The prodical son fell away but returned as quoted by Jesus not Hebrews.

Why did the prodical son return because God granted him repentance after he came to his senses.

But yet you choose Hebrews over Jesus interesting 🤔

No man can take away the fruits of spirit after they have manifested in the believer, the scripture clearly says so, that you are indeed sealed until the day of redemption but drugs and metal illness and false doctrine and oppression and persecution can hinder the individual to connect with the spirit. Where they fall away until God renews there mind.
Besides Hebrews was focused on animal sacrifice to the Jews still practicing that rather than go to the holy spirit.

The spirit is the light of men and there salvation.

There is no difference between a Jew and gentile what God says to one person he says to all people

Paul to the church at rome full of both Jew and gentile Christian’s

“Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

but glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: for there is no respect of persons with God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:4-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

at he whole idea of seperating what he said to Jews is flawed

hi friend when it comes to favouritism Between Jew and gentile God has made no distinction, this is different to salvation.

Your tying Jews who where going back to animal sacrifice with Christians.

There's a small problem with this, I can't think of any Christians who would go to animal sacrifice for for forgiveness of sins.

Notice your verse for it is the goodness of God that leads a Christian to repentance.

This is through the fruits of the holy spirit which have been manifested in the Christian.

As you can see the Jews where not repenting to the holy spirit but to animal sacrifices, or still trying to gain favour thorough works.

They had tasted the holy spirit as all new converts have but the Baptism of fire must follow, in my opinion if a Jew asks to recieve Jesus and then goes back to animal sacrifice, the Jew quite possibly had tasted the holy spirit but not had the baptism of fire part.

Look at this way please.

Prophets of the old t who where not born again, where being visited by the holy spirit and prophesying, as the holy spirit spoke through them.

At this point they where also tasting the holy spirit

Or look at this way the spirit would fill person possesed with an unclean spirit in the old t who wasn't born again and the unclean spirit would leave.

Again that person would tastes the holy spirit but still they where not born again because they hadn't recieve the baptism of fire which was to come through the seed of Jesus. 😊
