1Samuel 7 -- Absolute Proof

Romans says that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to purpose. So then, how does the Philistines defeating Israel, killing Hophni and Phineas, and taking the ark of the covenant work out for good to those who love God and are called according to purpose?

It exposed the corruption of the house of Eli and dealt with it. Not only so but it also caused Israel to turn back to the Lord. I know many Christians who have the attitude that they can ignore what happens with our government leaders. But this event in 1Samuel woke up Israel that if you allow total corruption of your leaders and ignore it ultimately you will pay the price for that. Today we are seeing the church wake up and turn to the Lord realizing they cannot ignore their civic responsibility. The movie “Absolute Proof” by Mike Lindell talked about how two miracles that took place in the 2020 election that caused us to be aware of the corruption and motivated us to rise up to stop it.

Previously the word was with Samuel, but no one considered him the leader. As long as Eli and his sons were around there was some confusion. Their death eliminated that confusion. The sin was they were not self reliant, instead they allowed themselves to be ensnared by the Philistines.

In the same way what have we seen since the 2020 election. They ganged up on Parler to attack them, they ganged up on investors who communicated on Reddit and attacked them, they ganged up on Mike Lindell and attacked him. How do you respond? You cry out to the Lord.

GameStop was a mighty slaughter, Mike Lindell says his sales have skyrocketed since the attack and the attack on Parler motivated millions to leave platforms like Twitter and Facebook, stop using Google and Youtube, and boycott Amazon.com and Apple. This has caused panic and confusion among these Philistines. They cancelled Dr. Seuss. With each of these attacks by “cancel culture” more and more people realize how idiotic this is. The evidence is out that the lockdown did not help in stopping the spread but rather just damaged the economy. “Get woke go broke” -- the Golden Globes had an epic drop in their ratings. The NFL and NBA have had major drops in their ratings. CNN has had a drop in their ratings. It now looks like 70% of Americans now realize the things the leaders are telling us are not based on science, not based on facts, not based on what is best for us. They tried to cancel the hotel that held CPAC and these businesses realize it is time to ignore them.

So now we see the populist movement stand up, enough with bowing the knee to the LGBTQ+ community, Bud Light got destroyed, Twitter got rid of 80% of their employees, Target is getting destroyed. They silence Tucker Carlson, one of the few mainstream media personalities that people trusted and Fox's ratings go straight into the toilet.

Everything that has happened has worked out for good to eliminate the confusion over who to listen to, who to trust, or who stands for the Lord. Everything that has happened has worked out for good to those who are taking a stand for the Lord and are responding to His calling.

In the end what happens to the Philistines? Everywhere that ark goes their gods fall flat on their face and they are struck with a grievous disease. God is glorified and His people learn to take a stand for the kingdom and the ministry of Samuel is launched, bringing in the kingdom to Israel.

The Thief is coming

1Thess 5:2 for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.

The Lord tells us repeatedly that this is the analogy we need to pay attention to. So, if the church is the biggest prize in the universe, the "hope diamond" or some other fantastic treasure of great worth, how would a thief come in the night? Is this mission impossible? Is this like Ocean's 11? Satan will use every trick, every deceit to undermine the church.

1Thess 5:4 But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief.

They will infiltrate the church with "highly respected" church leaders and pastors. When you see something don't close your eyes.

Revelation 3:3 Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.

I received and heard the word that I needed to repent of my sins, be baptized, and bring forth the fruit of repentance. In the same way I expect all these pastors to also bring forth the fruit of repentance from sins.

Luke 12:33 Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys.

So why is it that some of these pastors are multimillionaires? Kenneth Copeland's net worth is over $750 million. Pat Robertson $100 million, Benny Hinn $42 million, Joel Oelstein $40 million. I understand that if you own a company that is worth $100 million you can have a very high net worth but it is really a company that is employing thousands of people. There is no good explanation for why a pastor is worth $100 million.

2Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.

Revelation 16:15 “Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.”

The Southern Baptist Convention now teaches or holds to the teaching that everyone goes to heaven whether or not they know Jesus. This is what it means "to go naked" they are no longer clothed with Jesus salvation. They are shamefully exposed. Why are they still in the Southern Baptists? Because that is where they are getting their paycheck from.

36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

Jesus Christ has told us what is coming. If you remain in the Southern Baptist Convention or any other denomination that teaches you don't need Jesus for salvation then you are going to be here on the Earth when this flood comes and you will not be in the ark. Pergamos was a mixed marriage between the church and the world. Laodicea -- this means ruled by the people.

40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

We have many pastors who are in the field or who are grinding at the mill. When you are in the word preparing bread for the believers you are like a woman at the mill. The end of the age will be God the Father coming in and reaping, that reaping is like a thief coming. He isn't coming for these wretched, poor, pitiful, blind believers. He is coming for those who are rich in faith.

42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

If we look at these verses the Lord is telling us to watch in the same way that someone responsible for security would watch to make sure their house was not broken into. Suppose you are responsible to make sure the computers of a large bank are not broken into, that is the analogy. But go back to verse 36, Jesus says about that day no one knows except the father. Who would know the day that a bank robbery were planned? That would be the bank robber. God the Father is the one who is arranging, coordinating, planning and executing the day of the Lord and yes, it can be compared to a major bank robbery. But the context is clear, this word is not to those who are awake, there are believers who will not be surprised, the surprise is for the ones who are left behind, the ones who are naked, the ones who are brought to shame.

Exodus 22:2 “If a thief is caught breaking in at night and is struck a fatal blow, the defender is not guilty of bloodshed;

The rapture will be a fatal blow to these thieves that have infiltrated the church. Jesus is the defender and He will not be guilty of bloodshed. This is His church, He has every right to defend it.

Jeremiah 2:26 “As a thief is disgraced when he is caught, so the people of Israel are disgraced— they, their kings and their officials, their priests and their prophets.

All of these thieves, all of these crooked pastors and priests are disgraced. They will be brought to shame and the rapture will be a fatal blow to their ministry.

John 10:1 “Very truly I tell you Pharisees, anyone who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber.

There is only one way -- Jesus is the door.

The 9th of Av is when both the raven and the dove were released. Christians are praying and wondering where is God, why isn't he coming, why is He allowing all this evil? You have to release Satan so that he gets revealed, you don't want him hiding among the believers when they get raptured.

When Moses came down from the mountain and broke the ten commandments because the people sinned in worshipping the golden calf you also had the Levites who were faithful to God and killed the Moloch worshippers. That 50 day period tested the children of Israel and revealed the Moloch worshippers hiding among the Israelites and was used to purge them from their midst.

When the spies gave an evil report you also had two who gave a good report. That was used to reveal unbelief among the children of Israel and purge it from their midst while also causing those who were filled with faith to shine as leaders among the people.

Paul said that when the restrainer is taken out of the way the evil ones are fully revealed. The rapture in the NT of the saints prior to the revelation of the Antichrist is clearly on the 9th of Av

The First Lie detector test

On the 9th of Av everyone had to drink the bitter water, those who swelled up were guilty of worshipping moloch and were put to death. This was the first lie detector test. This is what happens at the rapture, the ones who were liars and worshipping Moloch get revealed.

This also revealed "who was on the Lord's side". The Lord's side is where blood and water came out to produce the bride. So on one hand the apostasy was revealed, on the other hand the bride was revealed.

What did Moses say to those who were on the Lord's side? Come up!

Dr. Barry Awe says he identifies with these verses:

17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

Because he does not speak as a typical Bible teacher would.

I also identify with these verses and I could not be more different than Dr. Barry. I saw all these videos and you would have to listen to a 45 minute message to get some point they were making. My thought was if I put these posts in writing they can be much faster for someone to look at and a whole lot easier to cut and paste if someone wants to use them. In this age of fancy youtube videos and Tik Tok videos who would think that a blog of writing would attract anyone. I figured there might be ten other people who might look and so I made this public for them. I wanted these posts to be stripped down, just the Bible, a point, and that is it. The opposite of Dr. Barry with a two hour production, a host of characters, decorative wall chart, etc. And yet I believe the Lord was working through both of us. This is the Lord, there is no "formula", God is using the base things and the things despised. No one can deny that Dr. Barry has received quite a bit of attack, he is surely despised by some. But this is how the Lord is going to bring to nought all these ones who think they are so big.

I got suspended on two different platforms and chose to leave them. I have had people wanting to coach me on how to be welcomed on these main stream platforms. I have no burden at all to be welcomed by main stream platforms. I would have been happy if ten people read this blog. There is no way I am going to water down the word, or avoid topics in order to please men. My concern is that the Lord says "well done thou faithful servant", I could care less what Zuckerberg says or any of these others on these other platforms.

The Holy Days are a shadow of things to come*

Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

The watchmen have focused on the Holy Convocations in the OT and the scriptural basis for this is this word by Paul in Colossians. So then, before we examine one of these days for its rapture significance let us confirm this point that the Holy Days are a shadow of things to come.

The works of Jesus taking place on appointed days
  1. Jesus, the seed of the woman, was brought into the womb of Mary on Hanukkah. That is known as the “feast of dedication” where they rededicated the temple. When Man fell the Holy Spirit left man, whose body is a temple to God. When Jesus, the seed of the woman, came, it was God rededicating the temple. Hence the Lord’s word “destroy this temple and I will raise it in three days” and Paul’s word “know ye not that your body is the temple of God?” If you look at the names of the first people in the Bible it says “Man is appointed mortal sorrow but the blessed God shall come down”. That is the meaning of the names from Adam, Seth, Enosh, all the way to Jared, then you have Enoch which is the root for the word “Hanukkah”.
  2. Jesus is born 9 months later at the Feast of Trumpets. 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. The Feast of Trumpets announces the coming of the king.
  3. On the Day of atonement Jesus spilled his precious blood for the first time. The Feast of Trumpets occurs on a 2 day period known as “the longest day”. 8 days later a male child will be circumcised. Therefore Jesus was circumcised on the day of Atonement. 21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called Jesus, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
  4. At this point Simeon announces the salvation of the Lord. He is announcing the atonement of God and Anna spoke concerning the redemption of Israel.
  5. Then the Lord tabernacled with us. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt [tabernacled] among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. He walked for 30 sinless years while we beheld his glory before starting his ministry. (Joseph was 30 when he was elevated to Prime Minister of Egypt and David was 30 when he began to reign in Hebron for 7 ½ years).
  6. Jesus started his ministry when He was baptized in the Jordan by John the Baptist and the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form as a dove. The Father declared “this is my Son in whom I am well pleased”. This took place in the month of Av, very likely the 8th of Av. Consider the symbolism, Jesus rising from the waters typifies rising from the dead, the 9th of Av reminds us of the curse and the Israelites in their graves in the wilderness. Baptism is the death and burial of the world, and sin and the Old man. We see that on the 9th of Av. On the 15th of Av they rose up as a new man (a new generation) that was then able to enter the promised land.
  7. Jesus is then driven into the wilderness by the Spirit to fast and pray for forty days. This was to be tested by the devil. This mirrors Moses fasting for 40 days and 40 nights beginning on Elul 1 and ending on Yom Kippur. The temptation is to change grace to law. Jump from highest pinnacle (grace) down to the ground (law). Turn stones (law) into bread. Dash your foot against a stone (law). Worship Satan, a very clear violation of the first commandment. We see many of these apostate preachers pretending that they can dash their foot against the stone, that they can worship Satan without consequence, that they can tempt the Lord their God.
  8. Comes out on Day of Atonement, opens the scroll and declares the year of jubilee.
  9. He fulfills Passover on Passover being the Passover lamb.
  10. He is put into the grave like the unleavened bread.
  11. He fulfills first fruits by rising from the dead along with the OT saints.
  12. Jesus disappears for 7 days, He was consecrating the priests of the temple (the OT saints who rose from the dead) according to the Law of Moses. John 20:26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
  13. Seen of them for forty days, which brings us to the day of Shavuot. Deuteronomy 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. The day of Shavuot Moses goes up into the mountain, likewise this is the day that Jesus ascended. Moses gave them ten commandments and Jesus gave us commandments. What was the first commandment -- don’t make a golden calf, don’t have idols, don’t worship false gods.
  14. Jesus fulfilled Shavuot, He had too. If the first fruit of the wheat harvest is holy then the whole harvest is holy.
  15. So then it is about fifty days later when the Israelites say “we don’t know what has happened to Moses” and they make a golden calf to worship. This is similar to Christians today saying “no one knows the day or the hour”, by that they mean don’t talk to us about the return of Jesus. Why? Because they are worshipping the world and all that is in the world. The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes.
  16. On Pentecost Jesus poured the Holy Spirit like wine onto the 120 who were on the Altar. This is how you give the firstfruits of the wine harvest to God. He started the church on the 8th of Av. This is four years after He was baptized, the number four in Hebrew is the same letter as the letter for “door”. Jesus is the door, you must go through Him to enter otherwise you are a thief and a murderer.
  17. The day after Pentecost began the forty year judgement on the nation of Israel and the Jewish religion. They had forty years to repent, and many did repent. But after that the Jewish temple was destroyed on the 9th of Av forty years later and the Jews were scattered to the four corners of the Earth. The Romans even forbade them from returning to Israel. This is like the adulterous wife being expelled from the house.
  18. The church age began on the 8th of Av during the feast of new wine. The church is the new wine skin and the Holy Spirit is the new wine. It makes sense that if the church age began on the 8th of Av it would also end on the 8th of Av.
  19. The feast of oil was fulfilled with the salvation of Paul.

In conclusion the feast days were “Holy convocations”, dress rehearsals for the big events that were coming and they were fulfilled specifically and precisely by the Lord’s ministry. So then we will now look at how the 9th of Av is a shadow of the rapture of the church at the beginning of the tribulation.

*This is a synopsis of what Dr. Barry Awe taught in his latest message (part 4 of the 3 part series on the rapture :)

The 9th of Av*

Introduction

We have already made the case that the Lord has fulfilled all the key items of His ministry on appointed days. Most appointed days are very precise, the new moon or the full moon. We are now going to look at a hidden appointed day, it is not a full moon, it is not a new moon, it is a day that no one knows, a day that precedes the happiest day on the Jewish calendar by seven days.

We have stunning correlations with the 9th of Av with the Biblical view of the pre tribulation rapture. I say it is “stunning” because we don’t think of the 9th of Av as an appointed day or a “Holy convocation”. It isn’t a sabbath day, it isn’t a new moon. In general it is a day that no one would consider. However, the 9th of Av is tied to the start of tribulation and I have often thought that instead of looking at when the rapture is, we should be looking at when the tribulation would begin. It is the day when we would expect the destruction of the temple, the destruction of the apostate church, the judgment on the Moloch worshippers. It is the day that God puts all those who are faithless to shame. So let’s look at these correlations.

Remember there is one confusing issue with this discussion. We believe there will be a “Pre trib” rapture, then during the tribulation Christians will be beheaded and killed and then there will be a snatching away at the middle of the tribulation and then at the end there will be the rescue of Israel as a nation. So you can find references to all of these events in the Bible, hence it is possible to be confused that one verse is talking about one when it is talking about the other.

Prophecies concerning the 8th/9th/10th of Av.

1Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Now consider when Moses and Joshua came down from Mt. Sinai with the ten commandments. Moses goes up on Ascension day, which is Shavuot, he is a type of Jesus Christ, the prophet who is like him. When Jesus ascended he ascended to the right hand of the Father meaning He is now in right standing with God, He is one with God, just like John 17:21 says.

John 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

So now when the Lord descends He is one with the Father, and we see this with Moses and Joshua descending. Then Moses will cry out “come up hither” and the dead in Christ rise first and we who remain and are alive are caught up with them. The word “caught up” means to be snatched out of the way of danger. This indicates that Satan will be doing things to snare and destroy us hence God needs to step in and snatch us out of danger.

1Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

I shew you a mystery -- is this referring to a hidden feast that was not previously known?

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

This is the definitive verses on the rapture and look at all the references to the account of Moses and Joshua coming down from Sinai with the ten commandments? We had the first trumpet of God at Shavuot and now the rapture will be at the last trumpet. Death stung the Israelites with sin (worship of the golden calf) and the strength of that sting was in the law when they had to drink the bitter water and those that swelled up were killed, 3,000. It was on the same day that the spies gave an evil report and so the entire generation was cursed to die in the wilderness. It was also when this curse ended that those who were lying in the graves on the 9th of Av got up from the grave.

So then let’s consider the correlations between this day and what we know about the rapture. To be continued…

*Based on Dr. Barry Awe’s teaching from part 4 of the three part series on the rapture.

Correlating 9th of Av with Rapture, part 1*

Let’s define terms. I am going to use church here to refer to the church in Philadelphia which the Lord promises to keep from the hour of trial. I understand that they represent a small percentage of the believers, less than 10%. I also understand that believers in other denominations will also be raptured. It is an imperfect term because there will be a very great many Christians who are church members that will not be raptured.

Israel -- I am using this term to denote all of God’s people who are not taken in the pre-tribulation rapture. They are children of God, they are children of the promise, but they will be left behind. Israel is a nice term to use because Israel has their ear backwards.

Joel 2:11b for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

The rapture will be great for those taken and terrible for those left behind.

Joel 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.

1. Genesis 8:6 And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made: 7 And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth. 8 Also he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground; 9 But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark. 10 And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark; 11 And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.

The dove signifies the Holy Spirit, she is brought back into the ark at this time. The raven signifies the curse that is released on the earth at this time. Our understanding of the rapture is that those who are restraining the evil one are those who are one with the Holy Spirit, when they are raptured Satan is no longer restrained and is free to do as he pleases on the earth, hence the tribulation. Seven years later Israel is saved, typified by the dove going out seven days later and returning with an olive branch in her mouth. This took place on the 9th of Av. In this story Noah, whose name spelled backwards means grace, opens the door for the Dove to be pulled in and he shuts the door on the raven and all those trying to get in who are locked out. Receiving salvation by grace is now over.

2. Samson pushing out the pillars. The pillars in gematria are 120 this refers to the church. When the church is raptured the temple filled with idol worshippers collapses. Interestingly when you push out the vav, a letter in the Hebrew alphabet signifying salvation you are left with 666. We know this happened after the wheat harvest and in the month of Av. Very possibly it was on the 9th of Av when this took place. You definitely get the sense from the text that everyone is drinking and toasting and celebrating like they would on the feast of new wine. Samson said “Lord God will you please give me your Spirit one more time” and the Lord poured His spirit onto Samson, which also reminds us of pouring out the spirit onto the church at Pentecost, the feast of wine, on the 8th/9th of Av. The month of Av is the month of the Spirit.

3. In Exodus the children of God were supposed to get the wine cup of marriage on the 9th of Av when Moses came down from the mountain, instead they got the cup of wrath. They had to drink the bitter water and those that swelled up were put to death. That is what the rapture is, those that get raptured go to the marriage feast of the lamb, those that are locked out are stuck in outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Suppose you were the groom, you were engaged to a woman that you caught cheating on you the day before the wedding. As a result you divorce her which God does to Israel, it is recorded in the prophets and it is finalized in AD 70. Now God goes and marries a new bride, what would be the perfect day for that? How about the same day that He was going to marry the woman that He divorced. If you were going to start the tribulation what better day could you possibly find to do that?

4. The first time God uses the term “in a moment” is when they are worshiping the golden calf, He says “in a moment I will rise up and smite them”. This term is used 13 times in the Bible, and the last time is when we will be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. The rapture takes place in a moment and at the same time Satan is struck down, exposed and put to an open shame in that same moment.

5. On the 9th of Av when the spies gave the evil report God proclaimed judgment on them that none of the 600,000 men of that generation would enter the good land and that He would strew their bodies around the desert for the next 38 years. After that every year they would all dig graves on the 8th of Av and 15,000 exactly would die. So then on the 9th of Av they would see 15,000 dead and in the graves. However, they would also see hundreds of thousands rise up out of the graves that didn’t die that day. Is that not a picture of the day of the rapture?

Correlating the 9th of Av with the rapture, part 2*

6. This is similar to “no one knows the day or the hour”. No one knows the day or the hour of their death and you saw this played out for 38 years in the wilderness. What were they being punished for? They were afraid to enter the good land even though that was the goal from day 1 and even though they had agreed to the marriage proposal. Their unbelief can be seen in all these Christians today saying “no one knows the day or the hour” which is really meant to say “stop talking about the Lord’s coming”. This phrase “no one knows” is emphasizing this is a day of unbelief. Also, “no one knows the hour” is just common sense, if people all over the globe are raptured in the twinkling of an eye it is very likely going to take place at every hour of a 24 hour day. It is possible that people will be raptured from every time zone on earth. The gregorian date in 2023 is July 26-28.

7. Isaiah 26:17 Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O Lord. 18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.

This is what we will see prior to the rapture with God's people.

19 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

This is the prophecy concerning the rapture

20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. 21 For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

When is this? Look at the story of Noah, the dove is brought into the ark and the door is closed on the 9th of Av. The indignation begins on the 9th of Av. The dead in Christ rise and are raptured while the earth at the same time will no longer covering up the slain but will disclose her blood. Just like the birth of a child, the child comes out and then you get the placenta and all the blood come out and get discarded with the medical waste for the fire. The rapture is when we get snatched up and pulled out of the way of the sure destruction. The sure destruction, the punishment, the wrath of God is on the 9th of Av.

Isaiah 27:27 In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. 2 In that day sing ye unto her, A vineyard of red wine.

Why is this reference to a vineyard of red wine here? Could it be signaling the time of the feast of new wine?

8. Jesus was baptized, went into the water, came out of the water and received the dove, the Holy Spirit (typified in the story of Noah). This took place on the 9th of Av. This same event began the Lord’s ministry of putting away the way of the Jewish religion

9. In Acts the Holy Spirit is poured out on the church on the 9th of Av. Meanwhile what do we see with Israel after Pentecost? They are the adversary, the spirit of Satan. They drag the apostles into court, they want them silenced, put to death, etc.

10. Caleb was one of the spies who gave a good report. God told him he would receive his inheritance in the good land. Then exactly on the 8th of Av, the anniversary of him giving the good report he got his inheritance. For those who were cursed that day they got death. This sounds a whole lot like that great and terrible day of the Lord, like the rapture.

11. We know that the rapture is not the same day that the Lord ascends to heaven because He says that "I go to the Father and if I go I will come again that where I am you may be". So clearly our rapture is on a different day from His ascension. But it does match the story of Shavuot with Moses going up with the promise to come again with the marriage covenant and when he does come again he tells those on the Lord's side to "come up hither"

Correlating the 9th of Av with the rapture, part 3*

12. Ruth the gentile bride married the kinsman redeemer when? She gleaned through the barley and wheat harvest. So when she talked to Boaz that was on the threshing floor for wheat (you don’t thresh barley) and it was during the general harvest (not the firstfruits which would be Shavuot). Her wedding was in the month of Av, very likely the 8th of Av. Israelites don’t get married on the 9th of Av, it is a cursed day for them. Meanwhile the Israelites who were caught worshipping Moloch were the “adulterous wife” on the same day the gentile bride gets married.

13. Exodus 32:And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:) The Lord says to the church in Laodicea: Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. Once again, we see a reference to “that day” being the day of the rapture and the apostate church is naked just like those worshipping moloch were naked on the 9th of Av.

14. Deuteronomy 32:21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation. We are a foolish nation. Could it be any clearer that God will provoke the apostate church and the idolatrous ones to jealousy on the same day that He raptures the church. 1Corinthians 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.

15. In the Song of Songs we are raptured to the house of wine Song of Songs 2:1 I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys. 2 As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters. 3 As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste. 4 He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love.

The word banqueting is translated The KJV translates Strong's H3196 in the following manner: wine (138x), banqueting (1x), winebibbers (with H5433) (1x). Out of 140 usages this is the only place where it is not translated as wine. This is the house of wine. This is where we will drink from the cup of wine anew with the Lord. Mark 14:25 Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God. Did the Lord just say the next time He will drink with us it will be new wine?

Meanwhile those who are left behind get the cup of wrath.

Correlating the 9th of Av with the rapture, part 4*

16. Micah 7:1 Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit. 2 The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net. This describes what it is like right after the rapture, he describes it as if the summer fruit has been reaped and “taken away”, i.e. raptured. Those who are left behind will find “hell on earth” as all the righteous and godly have been taken away.

17. Hosea 2:8 For she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal. 9 Therefore will I return, and take away my corn in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness. 10 And now will I discover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of mine hand. 11 I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts. This will be the other side of the rapture. Remember you will have about 1/6th of believers raptured, God speaks alot about the other 5/6th and how to get them to be saved. But Song of Songs, Micah and Hosea all describe the season at the end of the grain harvest and during the season for wine.

18. 1Corinthians 6:15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. 17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. The apostate church is teaching contrary to this. Look at the 9th of Av in Exodus, they were having an orgy. This is why the temple is always destroyed on the 9th of Av.

19. Exodus 32:26 Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the Lord's side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him. This is while they were caught in their idolatrous worship of the golden calf on the feast of new wine. Instead of drinking wine with the Lord in the Banqueting house Moses gives them the bitter water that will expose those who were involved in idol worship. You can clearly see the judgment on the apostate church, but meanwhile Moses also says “who is on the Lord’s side”. Jesus is the 2nd Adam, our of Adam’s side God built a bride, out of Jesus’ side came blood and water from which God built His church. Who is on the Lord’s side -- that is the church, His bride. Then Moses says “let him come up unto me” -- that is the rapture.

Correlating the 9th of Av with the rapture, part 5*

20. On 9th of Av 3,000 die, when Samson pushed out the pillars 3,000 die. On Pentecost in the book of Acts 3,000 are saved, not just to have new life but eternal life. The 3,000+3,000 killed represents 6,000 years. The 3,000 saved reversed the curse.

The appointed time

Proverbs 7:13 So she caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him, 14 I have peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows. 15 Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee. 16 I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen of Egypt. 17 I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon. 18 Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves. 19 For the goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey: 20 He hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.

The watchmen community has been troubled by this verse indicating that the Lord would come at the appointed time and this word indicates a full moon. However, the 9th of Av is not a full moon. So let's look at this. The full moon would be the 15th of Av which is supposed to be the best day for a wedding and the happiest day of the year for Israel, it is when the curse on the Israelites in the wilderness was clearly and obviously over. Suppose this was the "appointed day" but that Moses came down early because, like this adulterous woman Israel was playing the harlot.

Exodus 32:6 And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.

The account in Exodus 32 is exactly like that in Proverbs 7.

7 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves: 8 They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

This sounds like God sent Moses down early, before the time appointed.

Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

Again, this sounds like what happened on the 9th of Av. They were overcharged with surfeiting and drunkenness and Moses came upon them unawares.

Matthew 24:44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

Obviously the adulterous woman in Proverbs 7 thinks she knows when the Lord would return, it is certainly possible the same was true of those in Israel at Mt. Sinai, and it is clear from this verse the Lord is warning us about this attitude.

Luke 12:35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; 36 And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately. 37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. 38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. 39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. 40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.

If the Son of man comes at an hour you think not then how could the adulterous woman know when He is coming? It sounds like she was proud, arrogant, and of course, impudent.

So then I would conclude that this doctrine about the 9th of Av does not contradict Proverbs 7, rather it seems to fit nicely with the whole account of an adulterous (apostate) church being arrogant, impudent and being put to an open shame when the Lord returns at a time they are not expecting.

PROPHECY--I WILL SMITE

Jeremiah 21:5 And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath. 6 And I will smite the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast: they shall die of a great pestilence.
