I sure didn't know he can pardon himself. I believe he chooses to.
How do you this for sure,do you have unbiased sources or are you relying on the wordage of Tucker Carlson?
If he is convicted of a felony and is serving time, he loses his citizenship until the sentence is completed. If he is convicted of a felony, and is sentenced to prison, he is not qualified to be a candidate.
My guess is that the democrats will throw every charge they can at him and hope one sticks. Biden has the advantage here, because he is exempt from regular court procedures and since he is already in office, the only way to get rid of him is for the house to impeach him, and the senate to try him, convict him, and vote him out of office.

You only lose your citizenship if you are found guilty of treason, not other felonies. There are some other exceptions for naturalized citizens which wouldn't apply to Trump. See: https://www.usa.gov/renounce-lose-citizenship#How You May Lose Your U.S. Citizenship
Whether you love or hate Trump, everyone of every party should be outraged at what is going on. As someone not born here I will say this, America can no more lecture dictators. The Constitution is void, throw it out. America is falling.
On another forum the other day and atheist said to me "America has fallen and the only thing that can help is a religious revival". I asked him to clarify his comment. And he said " I know it's contradictory, but I believe it's the only thing that will help America now." An atheist, seeming to have more understanding than some Christians.
My question is when he says a religious revival he could be talking about all religions joining together as in interfaith.? The only true God is Jesus.
I'm not sure about that, but I don't think so. He was talking about the founding of America. He said I will salute the flag of the past, but not of today. He mentioned being against abortion. So I don't think that is what he meant. And take into account, he is saying he's an atheist, so interfaith is not something he probably understands.I think from what he said he is saying God made America great but it's people have turned away. I can't share all he said but that is what I got from the whole of what he said.
Praying this atheist comes to faith in Jesus so he goes to heaven. It is true many churches are compromising and even joining the lgbtq bandwagon. So many are compromising the truth, and Jesus said in the last days there would be deception.
And do you think that all these bogus charges and indictments show a love of America? Or do they show a hatred for America? Biden and his gang of thugs are determined to destroy America, and nobody is stopping them. Biden should have been impeached immediately after the RINOs took control. But they simply stood by.

This is why the Jesuits have pumped so much money into these mega churches to build up the apostasy so they can tear it down at the start of the tribulation equating it with Christians.
The charges seem legit after hearing Donald Trump HIMSELF say on tape that he should have declassified the documents when he was president but now he can't.He won't be able to get around that In a court of _L A W but In a court of opinion,MAYBE people will buy Idle bluster.

I would go so far as to say, "America has fallen". If the country's internal enemies manage to keep Trump out of the White House, I do believe the coup will be complete.
Our Forefathers would be having a fit over this. There are evil people who wants to destroy America such a shame. We know according to scripture evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse deceiving and being deceived.
The indictment does not charge him with having classified documents, if they did you would have to charge Biden and Clinton as well. No, the indictment charged him with obstruction of justice. Which means they are not saying that his having the documents was criminal but that the crime was in how they handed them over. They used the term "willful retention of documents" meaning having them was not the crime but the way in which you returned them was.
So that raises a couple of very difficult questions
1. If having the documents was not a crime can you really have obstruction of justice?
and
2. His lawyers handled all communication with the Federal government. If you are claiming the lawyers did something wrong can you really charge Trump with a crime for how the lawyers acted?
