Yes, Florida is a red state and that means that the majority of people are republican, but that doesn't mean the majority of lawyers are. OJ Simpson can easily find a lawyer, the mafia can easily find a lawyer, anyone in the satanic system can easily find a lawyer but where is God going to find a lawyer? That is much, much harder.

RD condemned the indictment a few days ago(he's against it),, Anyway politicians and lawyers probably see things that common people don't in legal documents and no one seems to want to try and sell it to a jury so far.

It would be like the Denver nuggets asking the Miami Heat for counsel on how to play during the championship. These are the two primary Republican candidates for President. Only chance Desantis has of winning is if Trump is convicted. This is not about republicans fighting republicans, it is about common sense.
Donald Trump is guilty!
I'm not talking about this joke of an indictment, I'll let the court rule on that first. No, that is trivial, what I am talking about is the worst crime you can commit in Washington DC. I'm not talking about the Tweets, no one cares about "lock her up" and other things, you can say whatever you want that you need to say to pander to your voters, they understand that. Just look at Bernie Sanders. As long as he stays in his lane they don't care. No the biggest crime in DC is to undermine the heart beat of Washington DC, the endless wars. They need these wars to provide plenty of money for their campaigns and to reward their donors. People make a big deal over a million dollars spent on a toilet, but will ignore $100 billion sent to Ukraine without any audit whatsoever. This is how you launder money from the taxpayers to FTX and then back to the political campaigns. How dare Donald Trump to put an end to these endless wars! That threatened the political careers of so many beloved members of the senate and congress (when I say beloved I am referring to the CEO's of the industrial military complex and to our banking industry, granted these people for the most part are psychopaths and sociopaths and have no real capacity for love, but they prefer using this word because it makes them appear human).

Praying that the judge dismisses all 7 counts being held against him next Tuesday, and his 77th birthday is Wednesday. I wonder what political party the judge is, and pray that he is fair judges righteously.

Well sorry if the following has been brought up already (not going to read the entire thread so you can point out to me if and where it has been mentioned if you don't mind)
It's the 'Espionage Act' that is being used to try and cook his goose. However, that law does not apply to anything Trump did on purpose or by accident. The Espionage Act declares that obtaining information relating to national defense to be used “to the injury of the United States” or “to the advantage of any foreign nation” is illegal. That has not and did not happen. Jack Smith is a very creative man but check his record. Apparently, he has been adept at twisting laws and coming up with new applications of said laws that are not intended and he has lost those cases.
I mean, would an honest and truthful Special Prosecutor ever be appointed by the left? (rhetorical question)

Smith is who investigated Trumps role in the January 6th insurrection. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smith_special_counsel_investigation The Espionage Act covers both foreign and domestic threats. Their tying the two together as an attempted over-through of the Federal Government planned by Trump. They will probably try to prove he needed the classified documents to take advantage of the military's weaknesses in the event of armed conflict.
