There have been a lot of problems with them for quite some time, plus the software was not kept
updated and google play store deleted the app. There may be work arounds? Check the user2user
tech forum for threads on that. I think most have given up on it, though. Those that used the chat
rooms mostly did not visit the forums, and those of us here in the forums rarely visited the chat rooms.
