Mat 19:24
And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
Mat 19:25
When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, ***Who then can be saved?***
Mat 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, ***With men*** this (***BEING SAVED!***) is impossible; BUT with God all things are possible.
v. 24: the traditional and prevailing woks-based-religious view of salvation is false and it is impossible to be saved by the works of men.
v. 25: the disciples were held hostage to this error and need clarity from Jesus. They ask the right question re: salvation
v. 26: Jesus declares that it is impossible for the WORKS OF MEN to achieve salvation. Contrarily, it is God Himself Who makes salvation possible.
The bogus preachers and Churches have misapprehended these passages to the dire detriment and injury of the little flock for who knows how long. Money and possession of wealth or the lack thereof has nothing whatsoever to do with salvation one way or another. The ONLY matter of any relevance is belief and faith in the Savior.
Don't be a victim of the jive-talkers.
