The first and the last = the beginning and the end

It's my understanding that many Christians believe in Dispensations and this is how they separate themselves from Israel/sons of Jacob and the New Testament church. When I look at the following scriptures, I see ONE LORD/YHWH who is Salvation/Yeshua. The only dispensation I see is the LORD/YHWH remains unseen while the Christ is made to be seen, Immanuel, God with us.

Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Revelation 1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last:

Revelation 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Revelation 2:8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

Rev 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.

Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Isaiah 41:4 Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the LORD/YHWH, the first, AND WITH THE LAST I am he.

Isaiah 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

Isa 43:11 I, even I, am the LORD/YHWH; and beside me THERE IS NO SAVIOUR.

Isaiah 44:6 Thus saith the LORD/YHWH the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD/YHWH of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

Isaiah 48:12 Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.

Malachi 3:6 For I am the LORD/YHWH, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Heb_13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

If the church is after Jesus' death, burial and ressurection,
who is Jesus' people that He is to save from their sins/faults/offense/trespass?

Who are His people? Is it not both those before the cross and those after the cross?

Is Jesus' people only Gentiles?

Jesus came to save the world and whoever believes in Him, believes not in Him but in Him who sent Him. He came into the world as light so that whoever believes in Him may not remain in darkness. If anyone hears His words and does not keep them, He does not judge him; for He did not come to judge the world but to save the world. The one who rejects Him and does not receive His words has a judge; the word that He has spoken will judge him on the last day. For He has not spoken on His own authority, but the Father who sent Him has himself given Him a commandment—what to say and what to speak. And He knows that His commandment is eternal life. What He says, therefore, He says as the Father has told Him 1.

Jesus came to bear the sins of the world and take mankind’s punishment upon Himself through death on a cross. He successfully carried out His mission as Jesus — the God who saves 2.

Rather than coming to help those who believed themselves to be righteous, Jesus came to save those who acknowledged their true spiritual state of deadness 2. Using the comparison of a doctor helping sick patients, Jesus said, “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners” 2.

Further, Jesus came to save His people from apostasy. He “came into the world to save sinners,” in the fullest possible sense, by keeping them faithful to the end, so that they shall not go back unto perdition 3.

Who are His people?​

they're all who believe in His Person and Work, in all of human history. OT saints perhaps didn't have as clear an understanding as we do now, yet God had made a promise to send the Messiah, and their faith was in that promise.
