Yes, however, the survivors may wish that they had not. A small part of my military training was to do with nuclear war. The survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were like zombies after the bombs were dropped. And they were tiny compared to what could be delivered now.
One of the problems is that nuclear war will not be limited. That's the deterrent of course. Radioactivity will not be a major problem as long as the bombs do not hit the ground. The weapons will mostly pre-programmed with targeting information.
The unknown in this scenario is the minor players such as Iran (eventually), India, Pakistan and North Korea. If Pakistan collapses, as it could, Muslim fanatics could end up with nukes. That would be no fun at all, especially if you are Israeli.

so both russia and Ukraine have verified Nazis, is there any country that doesn't have verified Nazis, or are some countries excluded from this in your book.
If they both have verified Nazis which country is the lesser of two evils.
Seeing as you've already dismissed my views as insane regarding the whole word being ruled by a Nazi dictatorship. I thought you may have verified answers to this too.

Bombs are detonated according to size above the ground to maximize the blast radius. The bigger the bomb the higher off the ground its detonated.
