hi, Jake! i LOVE the flannel!

one of our sons-in-law is 6'5". he rarely encounters someone he must look up to see eye to eye with (in a literal sense lol). but one of our nephews is just a smidge under 6'9". our son-in-law says he's always thrown for a loop at family gatherings. they're both such wonderful young men.

maybe y'all should start a club or something?

Why thank you😊.

It always catches me off guard seeing someone taller lol. When I'm out shopping and see someone tall, I end up standing as tall as possible to see if I got'em or not lol. I think it's a tall thing because I always see others do it too lol. It's kind of installed or something lol idk 😋.

my husband's family are tall. father-in-law was 6'6", mother-in-law 5'10", sister-in-law 5"11".

you might imagine me, 5'4", felt a bit short. lol

Do you ever feel "short" around "tall" people?
I'm almost 6ft, I have several taller relatives (males, I think I'm the tallest female).
I'm okay around taller people given that they are males, but every now and then I find myself out and about and come across a female taller than me and I suddenly feel short
but I find myself doing similar to you
"how's my posture?" "Am I standing as tall as I can?" "Can I stretch a little taller?"

I've ALWAYS wondered what it's like to be petite/short  ..........

Then I go to the grocery store and can reach the last item on the top shelf pushed all the way back and suddenly "AH YEAH! It's good to be tall" plus it's internally rewarding to be able to help the little old lady in the scooter when no gentlemen are around.

Yes I do. I had a man 7'0" stand next to me.....I told him I had to leave because my neck was hurting from looking up lol. It was just a joke though lol. Nice fellah. Like me he said he hit his head a lot. The elderly love me, I'm always offering to go up high to reach something for them 😋

That’s not entirely true. At 5’3” I’m towering way above many people (or some, that is😂).
Being shorter has its perks too. Sometimes being tall is not fun. I missed on some rollercoasters for being to tall. I couldn't do this no gravity sling thing at a science museum for being to tall......I waited in line forever for that thing just to miss out lol.
