As you might be out and about today
Did you stop to hear what the lord had to say?
Did you speak with love to those who are lost? Did you tell them of sin and what is the cost?
Is there a block in your mind when they start to press? Do the gears lock up when it feels like a test?
Are you trying real hard and giving your best? Dose your heart beat fast like it wants to pop out of your chest?
Then once you start do they always say no?
Is that how it is, is that how it goes?
When you look at the crowd tell what do you see? I find lost souls needing to be set free.
Lord help us speak, use our hearts and our minds. Please choose our words, please help us to find.
Sometimes we are nervous, yet not ashamed. If a lost soul walks away, are we to blame?
Why does our tongues have to wear a tie? Please give us your strength and the words to supply.
Some of us are use to being by ourself. With little social skills, lord we really need your help.
In a dark room with a dim light.
Now locked in a box this can not be right.
Help us lord so we may help others.
Help us lord to speak to one another.
May we speak until the day we die.
Help us to speak while we are still alive.
Dear heavenly Father,
Lord please help us to stay faithful to you. Lord you have commanded us to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to others lord. Even though we may have a hard time speaking to others because lord some of us may not be as comfortable as others are when it comes to speaking publicly, lord I pray you give us your strength lord and your courage. Lord I look at myself and see how there is so much more I could and should be doing for you lord. Lord if this has touched even just one heart that feels the same way, lord please help us. Lord most days I feel like Moses when I witness. Needing someone to speak for me as Aaron did for Moses. Lord being in this little box is where I have been most of my life, sheltered. Please lord help me to step out more. Please help me to be faithful, in all my weak areas in life lord. Help us all lord. I pray for the unsaved lord. I pray that when they hear the gospel their ears will listen and their hearts be softened. I pray they expect Jesus into their hearts and trust,obey,and have faith. I love you lord and pray these things in Jesus's name amen.
