Slow dancing was a giant thing in the 40's-60's, ergo the name baby boomers, lol. There was American Bandstand that featured rock n roll & slow dancing on TV and many clubs for dancing back then. Not too common now unless there are start-up groups that meet. What about a 'CC Slow or Fast Dance Meet' once or twice a year 😍
Ain’t you been out dancing to Garth Brooks’ “The Dance”? Best slow dance song ever.😀

i don't dance. don't like it really. sing? yes, i sing. and here's a huge tip for everyone: if you have asthma, learn how to sing. your lungs will develop a deeper, stronger, automatic, rhythmic pattern of breathing. you will register in your condition response this new breathing pattern. practice it daily install it in your brain. it works!!!!. i can't take credit for it, but so far, it seems like i invented this medical solution. i tried it when i suffered a "cold air" asthma attack while jogging in the winter 1 time. no one i know has ever heard of it. i told 3 people to do this & 2 of them came back to me & told me they were healed of asthma!!!!! by course, never give it up. make it a daily routine. also, practice holding your breath & increase that too.

What about singing and dancing? Dose anyone still enjoy, or still do these anymore?

Ya know I haven't slow danced in a long time. I miss it. Has slow dancing kind of gone away or do people just don't do it anymore?
Hi! I don't think slow dancing has gone away. I'm not exactly sure whether it's the same thing, but shortly before the pandemic and its precautions, I knew two groups (one I attended in 2015, and the other, a good few years later, but definitely before the lockdown). They would meet regularly to learn ballroom dancing! I liked that guests could pair with the individuals who were there. And if someone didn't have a partner, the teacher would step in and join the dance. Additionally, lessons were free. I only wanted to learn to waltz, and didn't get to attend more than one lesson at each place because they were both far away. But, my point of encouragement to you is, there are people out there who do enjoy dancing! I think it's just a matter of finding a group that fits your needs.

unchained melody by the righteous brothers is a top tune for slow dance also.
Wasn’t that the one in the movie “Ghost”? It’s beautiful.
