For anyone interested, this artist has a very soothing voice and creates Christian ASMR. 🌹

That all looks like some creepy :poop: to me, and I only watched a few seconds of each video.

Far from making me want to sleep, it makes me want to run for my life.

Send either one of those ladies to me, and I will rebuke them in the name of Jesus...right before I jump out the window.

I agree I'd prefer to sleep without any kind of help.
Actually did turn the phone off and slept without any help just last night.

ASMR actually never helps me sleep 😭, but some artists out there are really incredible at setting up atmospheres (historical, Celtic, 1920's, etc.)

I just listen to them sometimes to help ease my mind.

I really enjoy the ones that recreate something, like a spa service, talking with a mermaid (she complained about humans polluting the ocean, lol,) an AI robot, etc.

I also love when they experiment with different accents, or live in another country and have a naturally beautiful way of speaking. ❤️

I can't sleep to ASMR unless I know I'm leaving the phone on (no auto off).

I assure you none of them can harm you. They're trying to help you sleep.
Sorry, but I strongly disagree....
This stuff is full of serious new age garbage and sounds like a bunch of incantation going on.
To be honest, the "christian" one gave a bad vibe worse than the first one.

For anyone interested, here's an article explaining the basics of ASMR -- what it supposedly is, what triggers the responses (a lot of repetitious soft sounds, which you see in these videos,) and how it can help some people.

I've never experienced any of the sensations they describe -- at all.

I just find the some of the voices, especially when they're explaining something, like a spa treatment or story, to be calming.

I find it relaxing, much like watching lit candles.

This is one of my faves.

The host is recreating a story in a 1920's speakeasy.

No, I'm not promoting drinking at all, but I had a relative who was born around this time, and I've always been interested in some things from this era.

I love that she goes all out in her videos, from music to props to costumes, makeup, and even the accents she chooses for each style she presents.

It's not for everyone but might be interesting to some.
