It is not a "shutdown", it means they can't spend more than we take in until we have a new budget. It is like taking away a credit card.
the " shutdown" is no more burying the country more debt.

McCarthy did a (supposedly) secret side deal with Dems to continue to fund Ukraine.
And the CR passed. Now they are trying to ouster him for this ill will.

Whether this is more fake drama we will never know.

Or is this the beginning of the splitting of the US in half?

That's hilarious...and so classic Ukrainian that it's absolutely believable.

The people aren't exactly the most devious people in the world. But they are curious and adamant about getting what they pay for.

One of the unique characteristics of your average Ukrainian also is that they are ALL proficient at farming or gardening. Because purchased food is so expensive and wages are so low, most every Ukrainian has access to a garden for a good portion of their yearly groceries...and they are very proficient at it.
However, their gardens produce better quality than our American, Mexican, or Brazilian massively sized farms could imagine. Higher flavor profiles every time. Like the difference between a garden tomato and one from the grocery store.

The wheat and bread is always local and you can usually literally point to the wheat fields, the flour mill and the bakery in every city. Everything is local and high quality....the locals are not as enamored with it...they grew up eating this way and think us Americans have exotic and exciting lives.

Just saying...the people are so similar but different from us. I can really sympathize with them when the Russians invade and destroy their homes.

Looks like a declaration of war by Israel against Hamas is going to happen any time soon.

Not good. An early peace deal by Ukraine would likely have bought some time for the West.
We DO NOT want an axis of Iran-Russia-Syria-Lebanon-ME to form at this point.

Russia did what they wanted

They God our president to send arms to Ukraine

then waited until we gave iran billions of dollars.

we walked right into their hands thanks to our president.. This does not even include opening our boarders to let enemy combatants. I fully expect many terror attacks in the US very soon..

"Our president"? Certainly is not acting in our interests. I think this is someone else's president.

Our president is president because of the propoganda and hate against trump.

He has been compromised. because all these countries can blackmail him because of the crimes he has committed.

Well then we would certainly expect them to impeach him just like they did to Trump twice.

They are making good gains with what they have to work with inside the parameters that the EU and USA have given them.

This is war...every foot, mile, meter, and kilometer of ground is paid for with human blood...usually from both sides.

Considering all that....they are doing just fine. Especially considering that warfare never decisively ended a war. War is kinda a fruitless exercise in a lot of ways where a lot of people die or become maimed that resolves nothing.

So don't armchair this or be in a hurry for bloodshed. Please!

And considering that this war is partly the USA's fault for neither Obama nor Trump keeping our treaty and Biden trying to do so late in the game....

This didn't have to happen this way....lots of Russians and Ukranians would be alive, home, and warm today if people had done their job the way they should have. K?

There are honest sources for the war but people don't usually listen to them. The MSM has a story that has us keeping our promises and wanting to continue to keep our promise.
But the sanctions and lack of international banking will end this war moreso than bloodshed. (And a few drones in Moscow and St Petersburg)
Tell me again how Ukraine is doing well in this war.

No kidding Sherlock.....

"JUST IN - Time Magazine reports that Ukraine struggles to rally financial support after its failed counteroffensive and amid allegations of widespread corruption. • A top Ukrainian presidential advisor warns that "people are stealing like there's no tomorrow" when asked about bribes and corruption. Uh oh, bad news for the Democrats, and the globalists, where will they get the campaign donations from if they can't launder the money through Ukraine?
