You can;pt claim we are saved by grace, then claim we have to work to keep it.

They are parts of us. as God lifts us up. cuts off the bad spots and throws those bad spots in the fire.. so the good branches can produce good fruit.

Its all about fruit bearing.

God did not say you will never die, and you will live forever. then say you can die. and you may not live forever.

What? Jesus said there was something for a person to do, i.e., a work, to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Nope. We won’t find works salvation taught anywhere in scripture, less we misunderstand or twist the scripture.

Verse 3 essentially states, in conversion (aka regeneration, new birth etc.) we become as little children that enter into the kingdom. In other words, it is the conversion performed by God that causes one to become as a little child and these enter freely.

Verse 4 speaks of heavenly reward to those entrance has been granted, not entrance itself.

Our salvation is not of works, lest any man should boast. To me this means I can do nothing on my own to OBTAIN salvation.
However, we've been created unto good works in Christ. Jesus says every branch in Me that doesn't bring forth fruit is cast into the fire & burned.
Therefore, our workless salvation REQUIRES good works as evidence(fruit) of that workless salvation.
It's just a matter of getting our ducks in a row, see?

How do the unregenerate even believe in such a thing as salvation? Since they do not believe in God.
