I could not agree more. Natural remedies like Ayurveda have been a great support system for my family's health. Whenever there is a need we refer to iahas.com but there are many other sites as well for some great herbal remedies and recipes.

Anyone heard of Vaughn Lawrence with Spirit of Health? He is a great in explaining sicknesses, food and the body.

Wonderful forum idea.

We should encourage and inspire one another to good health care and feel good and be best we can.

I had ovarian cancer and on top of that have some really bad people am trying keep away (in court) and am isolated, alone and depressed and not been taking care of self as would like to (just finished eating chips) and dont eat enough healthy food.
Always exhausted.

Its good for all of us to exchange tips advice and care.

God bless and thank you.
Hi
How very hard life has been for you. Do look up on Kindle or Amazon as there are many books written by inspiring people who overcame serious cancer's using natural healing and dietary changes. Take note of how many changed to a natural plant based diet, began deep meditation and changed their toxic lifestyles to find good health and life again.
I hope you are now recovered but it is essential to take great care of yourself now, to prevent further sickness.

Anyone know how to ease osteoarthritis shoulder pain, like a poultice or something.
Maybe a mixture to rub in?

Have you tried massage therapy? My GDIL is a LMT. She has several patients who have osteoarthritis. She uses several different oils.

I can't afford it at the moment I'm going to see if my doc will refer me to one on the NHS.
My daughter could do it I guess, but she's not qualified.
Good idea about using essential oils, though.

I answered your question on another thread also. I'll continue on this one only.

Unless you are using licensed therapist, you may incur more injury and less relief.

Sorry, I posted the first in the wrong thread.
I'm going to enquire about a referral to an NHS massage therapist, private is too expensive.

Feel free to reach out to me PM .
Perhaps I can offer something of value.
Hi there, it's ok. I was only seeking a temporary treatment for the pain because there's a waiting list for MRI scans.
Couple of people have suggested hands-on massage which I think will help in the interim alongside topical treatment (like creams, lotions). It cost a lot privately, but I've to check for getting it on the NHS. Amazingly, the Lord has provided enough for the first session - I got £30 compensation from my energy supplier for when their engineer didn't turn up last week. So I'll be able to at least have an initial consultation & massage with a LMT.
I found a natural health site online & it recommends a very cold mint compress, either using crushed mint or oil, I can buy these things from a health & herbal shop in town. A bit of cheesecloth & Bob's your uncle, a poultice. The "something of value"
you offer, well if it can't be posted on the forum it must be something of which RoboOp et all don't approve. He's like Big Bro around here for little lambs like us lot.
If it's what I think it is, there's nothing wrong with my generations & the only deliverance I need is my delivery from the supermarket.
I really appreciate the offer, though. May God bless & keep you.

It has nothing to do with forum policy or RoboOp. I just don't have patience or time lately for those of the medical community that label anything that isn't a drug as quackery. Occasionally they troll and I rather choose to focus on one individual who cares than waste my valuable time with them.
I am a Health Coach and provide valuable consultations in spite of never charging here, nor receiving a donation. It sounds like you have an answer to your question already.
Glad you are feeling better.

To your health and happiness
