I have been attending college and my grades have not been good. I have been giving it my all and every time I turn around something happens: my computer crashed and took weeks to repair, I had money stolen from me and got caught up in legal stuff, and more. My Gpa has suffered enough that my financial aid was cancelled and I'm VERY likely to loose my apartment clearly if I can't get the cancellation repealed I will not be able to continue college. I am going to start applying for jobs all over and I would greatly appreciate prayer. Please, thank you, and God bless.

That is dreadful! It's my desire to complete college too. Pray for me and I'll pray for you :)

Praying for God's guidance on you for your situation bro!

Here's some Scripture that I hope is encouraging for you:
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Matthew 6:33-34
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Praying for you stay strong in your faith and know that God will supply all your needs. Rest in Him.

We will pray that the Lord does his will in your life.

May Jesus bless you.

On of the things I've learned over and over again... Ask God what He wants you to do. I will pray that God directs you, and keeps you, and makes himself real and alive to you. As he draws you closer to him and you submit to his will, he will provide.

Ask God for wisdom, It's what He loves to give freely! Nomatter what you have done or your circumstances. He will bless you with wisdom in all things. God Bless

Praying for you in Jesus for all that is His help and perfect care.

God bless.

Thank you all. I'm about to go to my appointment at the college to talk about it, from there I have an appointment on Monday with Vocational Rehabilitation and, thank God, even if I CAN'T get help from the school or Voc. Rehab to continue schooling my rehabilitation counselor does know my history and can use that to find me a job that I will excel in and she can even help me get one. I personally would be fine doing night shifts at walmart or waiting/bussing tables. The most demoralizing part of all this is that while I'm more than intelligent enough to complete the schooling with 3.0 GPA or better, things just keep happening to me at the worst possible time. I believe I now feel similar to Job. I'm going to college because I want to further my education and make myself a more productive person so that when I'm in my job and making more money than I need (and with calculations more than my HOPEFUL family will need either) I will be able to give back to people who have helped me and help those who are in need. So far in my life when I've gotten kicked down there has been someone to help me and since these things keep happening I feel almost as if I've been taking advantage of these programs and people and that is NOT what I want to do. It's all quite depressing.

Thank God. I wen to the appointment I had the other day and the lady said that she would almost guarantee that I will get financial aid this semester. It IS my first offense on that, and she said that since I had already identified what seemed to be the problem and had already taken steps to correct it that my application would be taken more seriously. I also typed up a nice letter that explained in more depth than what I was able to on the forms. She was impressed by my ability to write and how intelligently I came across (give me time to think of what I want to say and how I can best say it and I always will). Thank you for your prayers, I'm still not quite out of the woods yet though, so please keep praying for me. Thank you all and God bless.

Praise God! I'm so happy for you! God did his part, now you do yours! I will pray that you will bring glory to His Name, by completing this and graduating. Keep us posted on how you are doing. God Bless

I am a very laid back person. When I type in here I do very little to portray the intellect I actually possess. If any of you would like to see the letter I wrote I can put a copy up. But yes, I feel much better even though I'm not quite out of the woods yet.

Thats wonderful!!!!! :D

YES! Thank you, GOD! Spoke with my Vocational Rehabilitation lady today and as I don't have a printer she agreed to let me print off the papers she needed there. Well... since we were already on the school website we decided to look at it's financial aid section. I GET FINANCIAL AID! The lady at the school has to call and confirm with VR still but I called her and she confirmed it with me that I DO get the Financial aid so it's just a matter of them getting together. Also a plan has been worked out and since I have ADHD and 3 of my 4 failing classes were online classes (it's a focus thing) they agreed to continue next year too assuming my GPA is up and I'm taking meds properly (and now I'm in the process of getting that worked on too). I did however make the stipulation that I REFUSE to take any mood stabilizers or anti-psychotic drugs. I was diagnosed with bipolar, depression and Post traumatic stress syndrome as well and I found out that trying to medicate so many things at once is nearly impossible and detrimental to ones health and welfare. They okay'd it as I am emotionally stable "on my own". I say it happened with God's help though.

I'm so happy for you! I'll pray that you will stay on track and in God's alingment! In Jesus's Wounderful Name Amen!!!
