I want you to tell me how I can have the promise I WILL NEVER DIE. if future sin are not forgiven.

Please. do tell.

The word past sins is never mentioned anywhere, about the only nearest thing is it speaks of the sin commited BEFORE THE CROSS (like davids sins)

Which you mistranslate to mean our past sins

All of your sins were FUTURE when Jesus died.

Why would you fall for a catholic lie?

your personal word, means, nothing.

especially since, i am able to Discern, You!

so, you need to SHOW ME, where it says, Future Sins are Forgiven, in the Bible!

I want you to tell me how I can have the promise I WILL NEVER DIE. if future sin are not forgiven.

When one turns away from the Lord and sins, they must forsake their sin and confess their sin to the Lord in order to be in right standing with the Lord once again according to His Word.

Proverbs 28:13
He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Ezekiel 18:26,27
When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and dies in them; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die.
Again, when the wicked man turns away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.

Ezekiel 18:20 (see Romans 8:13)
The soul that sinneth, it shall die.

Romans 8:13
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

(see 2 Corinthians 5:15 says….Jesus died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again.)

Ezekiel 33:13
When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it

John said a child of God CAN NOT LIVE IN SIN.

What you don't understand is... when one turns away from God to do sinful behavior... they are not longer a child of God.

True Children of God do this...

1 John 3:6
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not

As a cherry picker that doers not accept the whole counsel of God... I doubt this is within your ability to understand.

Those abiding in Christ as being led by the Holy Ghost Who does not lead people to sin.

Those that turn away from God are being led by the devil meaning they are no longer children of God as they have become children of the devil

1 John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil

You really should read the entire book of 1 John.... but, I'll bet you continue to claim that once someone is born again... it's not possible for them to ever commit a sin again as they all life in sinless perfection right?

you make no sense, you're just quoting your Doctrine.

now SHOW me where the ACTUAL WORDS [[future sins are forgiven]] is at in the Holy Bible?

The fact you can not answer my question just proves that you are not here to learn anything.

Jesus said the forgiveness of sin will be preached to the world.

He did not say past sin, future sin or present sin, he said sin.

John the baptist said the lamb of God who takes the sin of the world. He did not say past sin, present or future

here are more verses and notice. not once were the words past present or future used

Galatians 1:4
who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,

Ephesians 1:7
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

Colossians 1:14
in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Hebrews 1:3
who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

Hebrews 10:12
But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,

1 Peter 2:24
who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.

1 Peter 3:18
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit,

1 John 2:2
And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.

Revelation 1:5
and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

Eternity is far to long a time period to fuss over one little word. if thats the only thing holding you back. I would think hard and clear..

so, you need to SHOW ME, where it says, Future Sins are Forgiven, in the Bible!

It never says all future sins are automatically pre-forgiven.

Romans 3:25
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

When we get born again... all sins up until that point are forgiven.

Going forward, IF we sin we must confess it to the Lord and forsake it in order to be in right standing with the Lord once again.

The false teaching of all future sins are already forgiven is a trick of the devil to not only get people to never confess their sin unto the Lord, but also it's a trick to lead people to believe that it's OK to continue in their sinful lifestyles.

That's is one of satan's most effective deceptions!

When one turns away from the Lord and sins, they must forsake their sin and confess their sin to the Lord in order to be in right standing with the Lord once again according to His Word.

Proverbs 28:13

Not my past sins..

He said when I eat the bread from heaven, when I see and believe, I will NEVER DIE.

You claim he lied.. you better tell him why he lied. or at least explain to him why you are calling him a liar

According to Jesus... this is ONLY applicable to those that abide IN HIM

So, those that quote partial truths are the actually liars, not Jesus! disagree.gif

Those that don't accept the whole counsel of God belong to the Cherry Pickers R Us Cult! laughing.gif

John 15:1,2
I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. John 15:5 IF A MAN ABIDE NOT IN ME, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

*** WHO... is to do the abiding according to Jesus???? That’s right, WE are!

John 15:4,5
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

*** WHO... is to do the abiding according to Jesus???? That’s right, WE are!

John 15:8-10
Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

HOW are we to abide in Christ, thru our own strength and ability???
NO... thru the Lord Who strengthens us!

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Those that Turned Away from the Lord
(*They were born again... turned away from the Lord, and became UN-saved)

2 Timothy 4:3,4
For the time will come when THEY will not endure sound doctrine (teaching); but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And THEY shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

James 5:19,20
Brethren, if any of YOU do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converts the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. *By addressing this to “BRETHREN” we know this is speaking to believers who turned from the truth and if they are converted back to the truth, the soul of the person that had fallen away is being saved from spiritual death which is separation from God. 2

Peter 2:1-3
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying (contradicting, Not agreeing with) the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness (idolatry) shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingers not, and their damnation slumbers not.

Jude 1:4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness (no self control, living after the flesh), and denying (contradicting, opposing Jesus’ teachings) the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. (referring to false teachers and false brethren -

see Matthew 13:24-30)
(Deny = Strong's G0720… to contradict, disavow, reject, deny, refuse - and Strong's G4483… the idea of pouring forth, to utter, speak of or say, command)

Jude 1:17-21
Remember the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These are those who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But you, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

("those who separate themselves" is not referring to sinners in the world who were never joined unto the Lord in the first place)

just curious, since this belief is so strong.

when God regenerated you, and the conversion from being without God to now Abiding in God, took place.
who said, Thank You God, for Cleansing me of my Past Sins and my FUTURE sins i will be committing for the rest of my life?

did anyone ever ask that, about Future Sins?

with such a Doctrine, that includes Future Sins [not Biblical] being forgiven.
i would think those Preachers would be educating People to ask for Forgiveness of Future Sins at the time of Conversion.

now, that it cannot be proven there is such a thing found in the Bible claiming, "future sins" are forgiven. [this was a Debate, only]
i want to give my personal interpretation.

When Jesus DIED, His WORK on the Cross, extends as far back to Adam and as far forward to the End of Time.

but, from the Cross to my own Regeneration, was a FUTURE Event from the Cross itself.
People Saved after me, is also a Future Event.

But I am NOW, this Current MOMENT, Saved.
my next Sin I commit, is Forgiven, the moment I Confess them.

look at 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, faithful is he and righteous to forgive us the sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

so, what does [the sins] in Verse 9 mean?
it means, the Sins WE CONFESS. so, Impossible to mean personal Future Sins, because, I have yet to CONFESS THEM.

so, if we are not in a habit of Confessing the Sins we make today, then how are those Current Sins Forgiven?

THEY must be Confessed.

and you cannot Confess something, until, you do it. because, you don't know how you will commit your next sin, to Confess in advance.

NONE OF THAT SAYS FUTURE SINS ARE FORGIVEN.

a lot of hot air you seem to blow.

SHOW me the WORDS, in the Bible, that state: FUTURE SINS are FORGIVEN?

John 5:24

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

Romans 8:1-4

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

Romans 8:34

Who is he who condemns?
It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

From the moment we believe and placed our faith in the work of Christ, He continually pleads our case night and day. The words “who makes intercession” indicate regular, recurring action. He takes on the role of our legal representative. He knows every detail about us—past, present, and future—and He literally pleads for us before our Father, just as He did in John 17:20-23). I find that so, SO comforting. When we sin, of course we tell Him we’re sorry and ask Him to help us—because we have a relationship with Him, and we want to keep that relationship healthy.

I consider this prayer of our Savior answered, that we will be made perfect, but not because of anything we did.

John 17:20-23

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”

But see, You just told me that You Confess Your Sins, like the Apostle John instructed.

Just for conversation, if You did not Confess Your Sins, like John instructed, how does that specific Sin get forgiven and then forgotten by God?
