There is faith that is associated with salvation. There is also the gift of faith that is listed with the gifts given to believers. Both are imparted by the Spirit, but are different.

It is true that God does come to us at the perfect time. But He would know, right?
my original question was based on a long discussion about the beliefs of many and a discussion that took place about new testament prophet's , it was something I suggested to many people in conversation, tho my guess was the sentiment was lost to share each others insight, with the sense we all have are own measure of faith.

But the foreknowledge that goes with this, for to each he gives a measure of faith but to each he gives a measure of insight.

But in either position it addresses both parties of both knowledgeable and growing. That such measure is given, so be careful how you use it.

I often wonder what limits God has with this,

It's a warning to the people of Israel.
Excellent. But it's a little more than a warning. It's about the wrath to come and a new covenant being executed for God to continue to His plan to fill the earth with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord.
But you are way ahead of most who don't understand the book was first, and foremost, written to 1st century Jews.

Baring in mind what I've said above, and what I said already the purpose of revelation is to see another another believers insight with God.

How it came about and how it was given To John.

Obviously all we have to do is learn from John, as such knowledge he had give before hand must have been very favourable, as God would not have chose him to be a high ranking prophet, and chose him to write the the book of revelation after his long walk with the lord. Would this be more favourable baring in mind this seems to be my divine inspiration. That book of revelation should appeal to yourself more.

I'm not sure what you mean. There is no further revelation coming in the form of new revelation. Revelation today is the understanding of what scripture actually means as well as wisdom to make application of the understanding.
There are things to be learned from all of scripture, so understanding how others learn from scripture and experience God's graces can certainly be profitable in general. But everyone won't speak to a burning bush, or do miracles, or have visions.

AHH there we are,

I believe with all my heart John was a new testament prophet.

I also believe that the scripture that says no one will no the hour the day.

Does not stop there.

We will have a another new testament prophet that will come who tells us

You must use the full/proper member name for the alert to work... like so:

Although there used to be a place where a nick could be selected as being
acceptable to alert you, but that may have been on the previous platform

He said will know. That means or includes future tense. Obviously, nobody knew then, either .:)

Oh, I see my panel says no one knows. Maybe it depends on the translation?
I suppose all will know because there will be a loud trumpet.

And then I suppose the spirit will alert everyone.

Our kids will need to know more because we will have to tell them over and over. So in essence we will all be like new testament prophets to our kids saying Jesus has returned

Obviously others would disagree and say we will all be raptured in the twinkling of an eye when the trumpet sounds

I was wrong... there was no "will know" in any translations, just know. My apologies. I changed/edited my post...

But I do take it to mean also that nobody will know, as including future tense.

Since it happens in the twinkling of an eye, I doubt there will be time to inform others.

Will all believers hear the trumpet. How would that one work 🤔
Then I read God will call his children home. I assume that will be the spirit that does that.

As we know the scripture saya my sheep hear my voice and they follow I would imagine the father will tell them the lord has returned. I do hope we get a new testament prophet tho coming here next week and say this day is going to happen in two weeks, and it happens 😊

But of that day...could be speaking of what occurs and not the timing.
