sorry I forgot the most important witness for Jesus was GOD the father himself;

Mat 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
Mat 3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Do you believe Paul's writings where all finished.

I often wonder about that.

Is it possible Paul's writings where a diary of thoughts he was writing down as and when he was getting them.

I also wonder if Paul was subject like any other child of God, being subject to being accused day and night by the anti Christ.

If we try to imagine not knowing any of Paul's writings, remove them from our memory, what would it truly change in our understanding of scripture?
Would we being following the commandments, the law as Jesus says?

Mat 5:17 Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them.
Mat 5:18 For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.
Mat 5:19 So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Blessings
You are in transgression

You do not love the Lord thy God with all your heart mind and strength. Stop trying to kid us, you do not keep the law.

The law is not abolished for sinners, it is abolished for those who have been saved, Jesus fulfilled it for us by dying ... the wages of sin is death. We also died with Him by faith. Dead men do not keep the law.

We are saved by grace which is a much higher standard.

Personally I do not see that the explanations given by Paul adds to what Christ already had said and did for us. To me What Jesus wrote and explained says it all in a clear way.
Did not Jesus explained in detail the commandments and even magnified the law? ( Matthew 5 )
why would GOD change his mind? is he not unchanging?
Also what does it mean to believe in Jesus, to me it means to follow his teachings and the commandments, he did teach them, said they would not pass away, Am I wrong to follow the teachings of Jesus and follow the commandments?

Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

GOD Said in Mat 3:17 ; And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Am I wrong to follow the teachings of Jesus and follow the commandments?

Dear Evmur, what I have learned and posted here is from scripture not from any church or preacher. I follow the words of Jesus mostly and I have quoted pertinent and proper scripture, the commandments were not abolished, this is what I am referring to here not the law of Moses. I know there are a lot of posts in this thread but I explain it all with scripture not my personal opinion. What you wrote is in part contrary to the words of Jesus who was teaching the commandments and said clearly to keep them if we love him and GOD.

Blessings.

Even the cults claim to use the Bible to support their false doctrines. So posting from Scripture should also mean that you comprehend what is found in the New Testament. You have simply failed to understand the Gospel of the grace of God, so you could post hundreds of verses and it would make no difference.

Did you ever consider that you may be following false doctrine? or are you above such things? I say examine all scripture and see, but will you do so?

I do not know much about the bible in general like you do but it shocks and pains me that you, of all people refuse to see that the commandments are NOT abolished. What I have learned and am certain about I have proven it to you with proper scripture. What was abolished is the penalty of sin but it does not mean that the commandments are done away with.

Your brother in Christ, Blessings

There is no getting around it, the bible says you are under a curse if you teach the law. Why? because nobody was ever able to keep the law to the required standard.

Dear Evmur, penalty is done away with, nailed to the cross as Paul says. Christ paid the price for all sins forever but we must do our best to keep the commandments. To say I do not sin would be a Lie, but when I do realize am about to sin, I do repent and do nor repeat the offence, it is like learning to walk, it takes perseverance, patience, we are tested by the lord all the time in many things, but it makes us better at the end. The Lord wants for us to be Holy like he is Holy.

Blessings Brother.

that's just the problem, you can't separate the law from penalties. The law is for sinners.

Deae Evmur, Jesus was teaching the commandments and followed jewish law, he was certainly NOT under a curse! We must learn from his actions it is one of the reasons he came, first to announce the Kingdom of Heaven, then paid the price for our sins giving us access to the coming Kingdom of Heaven, all we have to do is follow him, follow his teachings.

Blessings Brother Evmur.

He who knew no sin became sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God ... by keeping the law? no by faith.

Faith and law are opposed

You dare

You dare to say to God "I keep Your commands therefore You must declare me righteous" That is your attitude toward God.

I say only "God have mercy upon me a sinner"

Evmur I never said or implied ""I keep Your commands therefore You must declare me righteous"" this is ridiculous.

To tell a porky pie is a sin.
Jas 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Jas 4:11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

Jas 4:12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
