A Bible (more properly, ‘the Bible’) is a written or printed book containing the various messages that God has given to humankind (generally) which He wanted recorded to tell us about Himself and His relationship with us and all His creation. Most importantly, the Bible tells us why our relationship with God is inherently broken, and what God has done to make it right: through faith in Jesus’ divinity, incarnation, atoning death, and resurrection.

The Bible consists of 66 ‘books’ primarily divided into two ‘testaments’, old and new.

That’s my quick take. There is much more to it.

It's a spiritual guide in our material world while we are separated from God in the time being.

The Bible is a collection of religious texts that are considered sacred by Christians and Jews.
It is the ultimate set of guiding principles governing all areas of life for the people of God.
The Bible is a compilation of 66 books and letters written by more than 40 authors during a
period of approximately 1,500 years. The original text of the Bible was communicated in just
three languages: Hebrew, koine or common Greek, and Aramaic. The Bible is divided into two
main sections: the Old Testament and the New Testament. The OT was written for the most
part in Hebrew, with a small percentage in Aramaic. The New Testament was written in Greek.

The Bible contains several other divisions: the Pentateuch, the Historical Books, Poetry and Wisdom
Books, the books of Prophecy, the Gospels, and the Epistles. The Bible has been translated into many
languages and is widely read throughout the world. It is the best-selling book of all time, tho impossible
to know exactly how many copies have been printed in the roughly 1500 years since its contents were
standardized, however, research conducted by the British and Foreign Bible Society in 2021 suggests
that the total number probably lies between 5 and 7 billion copies.
From a general search.

It is a book that is inspired by God as instructions to his chosen people as to how he wants them to live their lives as they sojourn here on earth. It is not a book instructing mankind as to how they can save themselves eternally, however, it is a book that informs his chosen people that he gave them to Jesus to redeem them from their sins, by the sacrifice of himself on the cross, and that he was successful in their salvation with the promise of their eternal inheritance of heaven.

It is the WRITTEN WORD OF GOD!

I suggest you invest in ond and spend quality time studying it, If you do, you will discover that no one is "saved since
birth." Then, you can start to correct sone things and discover the joy of being "reborn,."

Our Creator has spoken to us through his prophets and his beloved Son, who was manifest in the flesh. He knows and understands us perfectly and fully. Jesus alone has made that truth accessible to us all. His words are unique because He is unique. Nature and history speak of his glory and manifest display of his manifold perfections. To close, Scripture is the infallible and the authoritative explanation, in human language, of what it means concerning His eternal plan of redemption and our future hope of eternal life.”

books hold men’s knowledge that’s what makes a book valuable then information within it the Bible is the book authored by the savior of mankind and our creator To inform us of the past present and future and give us a hope beyond death for eternal life together with him in glories we cannot comprehend now

The Bible is the inspired Word of God.

How sweet are Your words to my taste, Sweeter than honey to my mouth! Through Your precepts I get understanding; Therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.

- Psalm 119:103-105

You are correct. The Bible is a DIVINE REVELATION from the one true God to all of humanity. God "breathed" the words found in the original Hebrew and Greek manuscripts (2 Timothy 3:16,17).

He gave His revelations to prophets, evangelists, and apostles. Thus every word of God is "pure" and there are no errors of fact, history, geography. human nature, or salvation found in the Bible. Therefore it is called "the Word of Truth" by God Himself.

The Bible is there primarily to reveal the Lord Jesus Christ as both the Creator of the universe and the Savior of all mankind. If all would repent and truly believe on Him, all would be saved. Jesus said of Himself that He is THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE. And that no man can come to God except through Him. There is no salvation in any other person or any other name. His Hebrew name Yeshua (or Yehoshua) means GOD [IS] OUR SALVATION. Jesus of Nazareth was "God manifest in the flesh" and it was "the blood of God" which was shed on the cross for the remission (forgiveness) of sins.
Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. (Acts 20:28)

Bible is a DIVINE REVELATION from the ONE TRUE GOD to all of humanity.

So, Bible is Sacred & Holy. There are hidden mysteries in it.
Now it is beginning to understand, that is why there are more than 45,000 denomination in Christianity today despite they only reading and studying (5 to 10 years) 1 book only which is the Holy Bible. And they have the different doctrines. Each group is saying they are the true followers of Jesus Christ.

Now I understand, to read and study the bible, it requires a DIVINE REVELATION from the ONE TRUE GOD.

I will read more so I can share in here what God is saying how to have a divine revelation.
Perhaps there is a certain quality of man to posses before the One True God will send a Divine Revelation.

No, there aren't. Leave the Catholic propaganda where it belongs: in the trash.

Now I understand, to read and study the bible, it requires a DIVINE REVELATION from the ONE TRUE GOD.
That's not quite true. God gives understanding by His Spirit. Reading and study don't actually require us to have the Spirit. Rightly understanding the Bible does, however.

Perhaps there is a certain quality of man to posses before the One True God will send a Divine Revelation.
Um... what? God can give revelation to anyone, even a non-believer. Normally, He gives revelation through the Holy Spirit, Who is with those who have believed in Jesus Christ for salvation.

Agape Godswilling.
for me it is an instruction manual and history book. Its a math book and science book. there are more lessons in a single word and its definitions and its corresponding number in the hebrew gematria than most people bother looking for their whole lives. it is a computer manual and the new parameters are set amongst the poor and hungry. the brokenhearted and downtrodden and hopeless. those who hunger for Christ and this world to be done. and an instruction manual telling me who to look for and who to turn away from. sometimes its a comforter. and sometimes not. <3

The Jews called the scriptures the Torah. This ends up as the Law in Greek. That makes it sound like a list of rules, but the actual meaning of "Torah" is teachings. What you find in the old testament is a lot of stories. There are a lot of dos and don't dos, but a lot of them are for the Israelites to make them a separate and special people. In addition to stories there are prophecies, judgements from God, rebukes of the Israelites, statements of wisdom, and poetry.

This is followed up by the New Testament that starts with 4 gospels with the first 3 gospels seemingly based on the same framework that leads to the assumption they're based on a lost, unknown writing.

Mathew - depicts Jesus as king (contains a lineage in the first chapter)

Mark - depicts Jesus as a slave/servant and I believe it's aimed more at non-Jewish believers (contains no lineage, nobody cares who a slave is related to)

Luke - depicts Jesus as a man or Jewish man to be more precise (contains a lineage at the beginning)

John - depicts Jesus as the Son of God (there's no big list of names, but you can consider God the Father and God the Son as a lineage if you'd like)

This is followed by a bunch of letters to groups of believers in various places and sometimes to individuals. The letters are in order of length based on the longest writing by an author followed by the rest of the writings by that author, generally from longest to shortest unless a part 2 exists.

Finally, there is a unique, one-of-a-kind writing of warnings and prophecies and a declaration of final punishments and rewards.

The Jews called the scriptures the Torah.
Onlt the first five books of the OT are called "Torah". The entire OT is called "the Tanakh".
...that leads to the assumption they're based on a lost, unknown writing.
This is completely false. Each of the four Gospels was divinely inspired. There is no "lost unknown writing".

It's just a theory. I think the theoretical document is called Q. There were probably some writings that have been lost to history. Mathew, Mark, and Luke tell a lot of the same stories and teachings with a little bit of variation in the telling of them.

The Bible is a DIVINE REVELATION from the one true God to all of humanity.

This is what I read today.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same YESTERDAY, TODAY, and FOREVER.

How could that be the same in our times where Jesus is not existing in the earth anymore?
Unlike in New Testament; they had Jesus and people can SEE, TOUCH (feel) and HEAR Jesus.

Is this a DIVINE REVELATION?
I read the following:

Revelation 19:13
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called THE WORD OF GOD (Referring to Jesus)

Hebrew 10:7 ------------ Jesus said
Then said I, Lo, I come (IN THE VOLUME OF THE BOOK IT IS WRITTEN TO ME,) to do thy will, O God.

In our times, there is only 1 BOOK where written THE WORD OF GOD which is The Holy Bible.
The Holy Bible can be SEEN, TOUCHED (feel) and HEARED (while we read it)

Again, Is this a DIVINE REVELATION?
In the New Testament they had Jesus while in our times we have the bible.
HOLY BIBLE = JESUS CHRIST (The Jesus Christ Yesterday is the same to Jesus Christ Today Hebrew 13:8)
