I came here hoping to find other like minded people - just like my post and profile says.
for what? I am not interested in any of that. foisting all those garish pages on new people like me sure does put me off. is there a way to remove those posts for links I am not interested in? that would be great

I guess there are a few around here who don't celebrate holidays, hope you find each other. Holidays being Godly or not is up to the person I reckon. Here at Christmas I have the manger scene with a lit-up star behind it. Thousands of people see it.
You may have trouble finding others who take offense to the beautiful Scripture collages though, in fact I think you're the first one I know of.

Question about holidays and birthdays; how strict are you with those?
Because i don't do them strictly either. I don't even know how old i am for example, i'd have to look at my passport.
I know i'm around 50 somewhere.

Hello, thank you for the kind welcome. its not because of "strictness". Its easy to follow God and a relief to put down the silly things I used to be involved in that the world loves. Many of us have been raised in terrible lies and its a relief to me to learn that how I hated the lies and the liars is a good thing.

I can understand that. I also don't like to define myself by dates or events but i do try to participate on them sometimes ... except my birthday.
What about having your picture taken? How do you feel about that?
I'm very strict about who i give my pictures. Even with extended family, i don't give them photos of me with the wife and kids.

so here we go again...the special anointed person who claims a walk that God has not called anyone to save Old Testament prophets
check it out. we are ALL called and the gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to build up the body of Christ and not for purchase or individual use
you claim this verse: “Before I would form you in the womb I knew you, and before you would go out from the womb, I hallowed you, and I have given you as the Prophet to the nations BUT God was not speaking to you. He was speaking to Jeremiah. So, from that scripture, you conclude that you were saved from birth
you are deceived and sadly, I have come across far too many of you. it never ends well and you ultimately will hurt all those around you with false prophecies and things God told you to say...according to you.
