OK, so then "12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned"
Does this "one man" refer to Adam? Why wouldn't it refer to Adam and Eve? After all "death spread to all men, because all sinned" refers to both men and women.
No Bible verse is of its own interpretation. We need 3 different Bible verses that go together and say that sin is transferred from one generation to another via the man, otherwise this is a bunch of hokum. Remember, the source of this weird doctrine is the Catholic church trying to say that Mary is sinless or something to that effect. The root is corrupt, you can't make the tree good if the root is corrupt.
In the most general sense, this has to be the case. Otherwise, it somehow rests in a combination of [human] DNA from father and mother - whereby, Jesus is the only one not having that combination.

Hebrew is a language spoken by the childre3n of Israel.
It is also a term used to denote the children and descendents of Eber, a grandson of Noah.

Possibly, but Scripture says several times the sins of the FATHER, not the mother are passed down.

I never stated anything about a rapture.
I will leave you in my prayer bin.. When your ready to sit down and talk and not falsly accuse others of saying things they never said. Come see me..

This approach has never let me down. Well unless the police got involved. Or my wife. Or God. You know what? The more I think about it the less effective this technique seems to have actually been. Maybe it's why I'm always so let down? HMMMM?
Visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon subsequent generations isn't necessarily about judgment. It could be as simple as like father, like son or children learn what they live. Abraham lied. Isaac lied. Jacob was named deceiver.
I notice my faults and frailty in my own children.

The context of that verse is the children of Israel rebelling against the Lord like a bunch of whiny brats, they see a giant, they are scared so they want to go back to Egypt. Fathers are supposed to train their sons to be warriors, not cowards. The iniquity here was with the fathers. The mothers teach their children how to have a long life. That is why the blessing on honoring your father and mother is that it would be well with you (successful) and that you would have a long life.
The biggest group of poor are children of single parent mothers. Often, perhaps not all the time, but much of the time a woman being a single parent mother is due to her sin and that iniquity is visited upon her children.
That is EXACTLY what Adam is saying here. Exactly.
Gen 3:20
And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
Gen 3:15
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Adam immediately called her "mother of all living" after hearing this prophecy. He SHOULD have called her the mother of all dead. But of course he does not. Adam KNEW that the "Son of promise" would come through HER.....without HIM!
Rom 5:12
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Sin entered the WORLD.....thru Adam's willful sin, as he is the federal head.
When Eve sinned.....sin entered......EVE. Nobody else!
Hope that clears up this much debated issue.

Adam had dominion over......EVERYTHING. The entire earth and ever creature upon it.
Adam was the federal head....of the ENTIRE WORLD, including all humankind, but not limited to this only.
