"For we all Must appear Before The Judgment Seat Of Christ;
that every one may receive the things done in his body, according
to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore
the Terror of The LORD, we persuade men; but we are made manifest
unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences"
(II Cor. 5:10-11)

“According to The Grace of God Which Is Given Unto me, as a wise

But let every man take heed how he buildeth Thereupon” (I Cor. 3:10).

In the glory days of American sports, when athletes competed for the
love of the game...

...The Apostle Paul says that those who participate in these games “do it to
obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.” What we do for Christ
now, which is likened to a race, will echo throughout eternity. The apostle’s
great fear was that when he preached to others he would fail to bring himself
into subjection to the things of The LORD, and consequently be disqualified at
That Day. In a nutshell, he didn’t want to be a hypocrite...

... Paul uses the metaphor of a temple when he speaks of us collectively.
Hence, Ephesians Chapter 2:

“In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an
holy temple In The LORD: In Whom ye also are builded together

God has raised up a new masterbuilder to add an addition to the household of
God that was not included in the original plans of the Prophetic Program. It was
hidden In The Mind Of God until the raising up of the Apostle Paul.

to build upon another man’s foundation, nor should we (Rom. 15:20)...

“And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭17:30-31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

For we all Must appear Before The Judgment Seat Of Christ;
that every one may receive the things done in his body, according
to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore

“Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

but unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

but glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: for there is no respect of persons with God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:4-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

there’s just the one judge and one judgement it’s why we have to repent if we would believe him we would repent

The judgement seat of Christ ( Bema seat ) will be for BELIEVERS to determine what they have done in the body.

Rewards of varying degrees will be distributed, but some, although saved, will be in the kingdom with not much more than their citizenship.

Similar to how Lot escaped judgment with nothing but the clothes on his back.

Where is that in scripture ?
Extremely clear:

2 Corinthians 5:10

New King James Version
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

1 Corinthians 3:12-15

New King James Version
12 Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13 each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. 14 If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. 15 If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.

I know of another judgement coming for all believers

Isaiah 2:4

New Revised Standard Version, Anglicised

4 He shall judge between the nations,
and shall arbitrate for many peoples;
they shall beat their swords into ploughshares,
and their spears into pruning-hooks;
nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war any more.

This is the judgment of nations found in Matthew 24 upon the Lord's return to earth to rule and reign 1,000 years. This is not for the body of Christ. The nations being judged at this judgment will be judged according to their treatment of the Jews during their time of trouble during the tribulation. There are sheep nations and goat nations.

oh I disagree 100 percent

Prophecy

Isaiah 2:4

4 He will settle disputes among great nations. They will hammer their swords into plows and their spears into pruning knives. Nations will never again go to war, never prepare for battle again.

Luke
Sovereign Lord, as you have promised,
you may now dismiss[d] your servant in peace.
30 For my eyes have seen your salvation,
31 which you have prepared in the sight of all nations:
32 a light for revelation to the Gentiles,
and the glory of your people Israel.”
33 The child’s father and mother marveled at what was said about him. 34 Then Simeon blessed them and said to Mary, his mother: “This child is destined to cause the falling and rising of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be spoken against, 35 so that the thoughts of many hearts will be revealed. And a sword will pierce your own soul too.”

Mathew

Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.

Mathew

For I have come tto set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 uAnd a person's enemies will be those of his own household.

There is no rapture

Secondly we are in the days of sword.

Third Jesus has come to save this world with this sword, then he comes back to Judge this sword.

So in the mean time this sword is not at peace.

Because Jesus came not to bring peace

But he will bring it.

And you will be Judged by this sword

Those don’t go together one is about judgement , the second quote isn’t about eternal judgement it’s about a persons ministry …..read what subject he’s addressing beforhand Paul’s addrssing arguments between them about which preacher to follow

“For while one saith, I am of Paul; ( lord of people here do that ) and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? ( ministers through whom to believe )

I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

So then neither is he that planteth any thing,( Paul ) neither he that watereth; ( appolos ) but God that giveth the increase.

Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one:( ministers of the word ) and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ( ministers of his word )

ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. ( not what he’s addressing at all the eternal judgement of the church he’s talking about ministry and the laborers in it )

According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, ( Paul was the first to preach the gospel to them ) and another buildeth thereon. ( appolos had been building up the church since then )

( the lesson for ministers ) But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3:4-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

a clear so far I’m assuming the church is the building Paul’s twlkin about the laborers the leaders and teachers like he and appolos who are gods fellow laborers . He continues

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.( the gospel is all about Jesus we aren’t supposed to try to remove or replace it )

Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; ( if they are beginning with the gospel Jesus sent into the world for salvstion and they don’t get it all right or if they do build on the gospel correctly with what they are saying clarifying what he said ) every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. ( when someone applies what the minister is saying it will be tested and found out whether it is true or not )

If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3:11-15‬ ‭

We have to look for where Paul is explaining about eternal and universal judgement based on good and evil in his letters to understand what he taught about it

This is about universal judgement everyone has to do this after they die

“And as it is appointed unto men once to die,

but after this the judgment:”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭9:27‬ ‭

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:10-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paul taught alot about eternal judgement of everyone according to noir deeds like Jesus did , that’s the importance of repenting and believing Jesus he is the one who is the judge and the words he spoke are his judgements the one who’s word will judge all creation ( that’s why it needs to be preached in all creation Before the end everyone has to be judged by it )

He’s given those who hear and believe his word salvstion because they know things like this that will save them that day they appear before the throne before the judge if they believe him

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged:

condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom.

For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:36-38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That’s actually what Paul’s talking about in Roman’s chapter two he’s talking about sinners who accuse and condemn other sinners and don’t forgive and aren’t merciful and go around judging everyone he’s teaching the gospel in Roman’s 2 also see this that Jesus taught ?

Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

he’s the judge of everyone in the world paul is preaching important things now look at what he’s saying from where he is addressing the subject and how it goes back to what Jesus taught in the gospel

Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself;

for thou that judgest doest the same things. ( I’m the liar calling the thief a sinner who better repent or else because I think myself righteous and above the other his judge )

But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. ( be merciful , forgive others who offend you )

And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: but unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:1-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Do you see how Paul is teaching the gospel ? And his massage is we need to stop jidgeing each other and trying to determine if the other people are “ saved “ or worthy of Gods grace and mercy we need to just look at our own actions and words and intentions towards others paul repeats and clarifies his message throughout the book he’s teaching the things Jesus taught in his sermons regarding judgement

Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, And every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭14:4, 9-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That’s one of Jesus main themes in his teachings and he presented it the same way paul did in chapter 2 and 14 there of course it’s one of Paul’s main themes also the words we are going to be judged by are the words of Jesus the judge brother not Moses law we’ve already all sinned we need the word that can save us at judgement the repentance and remission of our sins one the savior and faith in Jesus word the hear me and live forever word

There’s a reason for this

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And the gospel must first be published among all nations.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭13:10‬ ‭

It’s because the gospel is what’s going to judge every person

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It is Gods judgement his own word that will never pass away and offers eternal life and salvation

Whether they go together or not (PSSST!!! They DO!) is irrelevant no matter HOW you twist it, or how long your post is, or how many big bold and underlined words you use!

The mental gymnastics one must use to not just read the plain text and apply is staggering!

Whether they go together or not (PSSST!!! They DO!) is irrelevant no matter HOW you twist it, or how long your post is, or how many big bold and underlined words you use!

The mental gymnastics one must use to not just read the plain text and apply is staggering!
“Whether they go together or not is irrelevant no matter HOW you twist it”

really ? Whether one verse is addressing teachers and pastors and thier ministry being Gods fellow laborers ? And another scripture talks about all having to appear before the jidgement throne of God and be judged for our deeds whether good or bad ?

that doesn’t matter if we cram those two things together and if we think otherwise we’re twisting things ???

goodness brother I figured you might read through that response and consider all that scripture from paul and jesus

oh I disagree 100 percent

Prophecy

Matthew 25
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

What do you call the catching up of the saints in the clouds to be with the Lord? Is this not a rapture? The Lord seizing up what is his?

1 Thessalonians 4:
13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

The mental gymnastics one must use to not just read the plain text and apply is staggering!
“The mental gymnastics one must use to not just read the plain text and apply is staggering”

it takes mental gymnastics to read and accept what it says ? Wouldn’t it take mental gymnastics to avoid what it said instead ?

“And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭17:30-31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

i think that’s true it doesn’t take mental gymnastics

“But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: but unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; but glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: for there is no respect of persons with God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:5-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

again not really taking me a lot of energy to read eat Paul is saying there ….but also I might want to look at where he started though to fully undersrsnd it and know the issue he’s addressing… seems more like common sense to do so so I don’t forget about atonement and truth in the gospel

“Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

ado you see how this now changes the rest of the verse and how it should be taken in ? Paul’s addressing specifically judgemental people among the church and wanting them just like Jesus did

just like James did

“So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.”
‭‭James‬ ‭2:12-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:36-37‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If we hear and believe the gospel and act upon our belief we’re going to be fine …..if we don’t act upon it we’re going to not have what he says we won’t have all we have to do is accept the Lords judgement he sent to save us no work involved

cathing up of saints could mean multiple things. But not necessarily being raptured in the head. As most people believe.
But yeah rapture of the head, I would say, because the heart is where the sword is.

And the rapture in the head is for this who can not conform to the sword or accept judgement.

But certainly if you feal your not going to be apart of Judgement because in your head you will be raptured and you have been raptured.

Then what your really saying is you've been raptured in the head now and your free of the sword.

What an absolute joke that is, that relatives of the lord should think the sword they stand under now is any less of a sword in this rapture in the head that takes place.

Are we(believers) not all ministers and preachers(ambassadors) for Christ? If one doesn't consider himself/herself as a minister of Christ....they better re-evaluate their position. We may not have a building we are preaching in, but we are out in the field planting and watering in our jobs, families, friends and strangers we meet.

All believers will be evaluated at the Bema seat of Christ. Are you not ministering and preaching? We all should be. In fact, we are......on this very forum.
