You can run up the stairs without your knees creaking.
I thought being young meant you CAN sleep. That's why elderly people have to lean on coffee so much.
Something about some chemical the brain doesn't make enough of when you get older or something.
You know you're young when you.....
can take on several toddlers all morning and not have to join them for nap time.

You Know You're Young When You can sleep through the night without waking up every hour or two.
especially after a night of 4 hours of drumming!
when you have times that determination can give you a boost of energy to get something done
