Because not only is Israel attacked at the time of the end with US troops in Israel but so is the United states attacked.
There are a lot of Muslims in the United states who support the overthrow of Israel and they will do what they can to hurt the US.

The second beast preforms the miracles while in the presence (in the sight of) the first beast.

Revelation 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

The king of the norths armed forces occupy Israel before the war of armegeddon begins in Daniel 11:40.
Those armed forces are there for 42 months before the war begins.The king of the north is Israels ally .

So why do you believe Israel will make a milliysry alliance with Russia and allow Russia to occupy Israel before the war of armegeddon in Daniel 11:40?

It is a combination. The second beast does the miracles. He does them when the first beast is there with him. Both will be empowered by Satan.

In verse 9 "whose coming" is saying when the man of sin is revealed, what follows is Satan being totally engaged in empowering him and that there will be signs and lying wonders taking place during that time.

It is not saying the man of sin will be the one doing the signs and lying wonders, although he may do some of them, but it was be a time when false signs and lying wonders will take place. The man of sin will be involved in all the unrighteous deception going on during that time.

The host is given to Israel so that the daily sacrifice is abolished.


Daniel 8:12
And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.


Scripture does not show the host invading or attacking Israel.Scripture shows the armed forces is given to Israel to abolish the daily sacrifice.

Daniel 11
31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.



There is no war when the daily sacrifice is abolished.The war doesn't start till 42 months after the daily sacrifice is abolished.The war starts in Daniel 11:40.

Yes, it is a combination. The second beast will have power to do miracles in the sight of the first beast. The second beast does not do miracles apart from the presence of the first beast.

So its the second beast and not the first which does great signs and wonders for the final 42 months.

This too is talking about the second beast and not the first as it is the king of the norths armed forces which is causing the first beast to rule over many for those 42 months.

Daniel 11
39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.
