Did you come up with that?
Here a little-there a little-

I use Robertson and Vincent mainly-but I do have various exegetical tools to help me as I dig for hidden gold and tired of just swimming on the surface-not many here are so inclined to study-it is my daily vocation, so to speak.

Shalom brother.

Is there a difference between the faith of Christ and an individual's faith when Christ is living in us?

Hmm-

The biblical basis for the imputation of righteousness from the faith of Jesus Christ is primarily rooted in the apostle Paul's writings, particularly in the books of Romans and Philippians.

Paul states that we are justified by faith in Christ, but he also implies that our faith is based on the faithfulness of Christ, which is the source of our righteousness.

In Philippians 3:9, Paul says, "not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith" (KJV).

This passage suggests that our righteousness comes from the faithfulness of Christ, rather than our own efforts or merit.

Additionally, in Romans 3:21-26, Paul explains that we are justified freely by God's grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

This passage highlights that our righteousness comes solely from God's gift of grace, which is received through faith in Christ.

While the term "faith of Christ" is less commonly used in English translations, the underlying idea is present in the original Greek text, where the genitive construction ("faith of Christ") can indicate the source or origin of the faith that saves us. This concept is consistent with the broader New Testament teaching that our salvation depends on the faithfulness of Christ, rather than our own merit or effort

Confidently, the imputation of righteousness from the faith of Jesus Christ is firmly established in Scripture, as evidenced by the teachings of the apostle Paul.

A bit long winded?

I answered-and you took an excerpt of my post-so go back to my answer.

I asked you which parts you contributed. I added that question through an edit so you might have missed it, but the
question remains: which parts did you contribute to it?

I believe as you do. Righteousness is imputed. Faith is actually enabled. Grace is applied, hearing is granted, the heart is circumcised, and belief is the result. This allows for God to be the author of faith while maintaining the freewill of men.

I said mainly from Robertson and Vincent-sounds familiar?

I have my own exegetical study tools and sources.

Here's what God told Abraham face to face, "3 and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed."
So when Jesus said, "15 So that every person who believes in him shall not be lost, but shall have eternal life."
We know that Jesus died for every person ever born.

Can't hear until given spiritual ears that hear. That occurs only when one becomes saved and born-again.
i see lol

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

no one can hear this until after they are already saved though ?

Your interpretations are astounding

“But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:16‬ ‭

But lol I guess this is irrelevant because …”.it’s only once we’re already saved “ we can hear about how to be saved and believe it ……. lol circular logic never seems to go anywhere but I’m not sure 😇

seems Like Jesus made a promise of salvstion and the. Sent it out to all creatures and said “ whoever repents and believes this shall be saved …..I’m. NOt sure the value of going in a circle about people already being saved before they hear the message of salvation and believe it infact I don’t think that is worth our time roger either of us to be honest

The Bible says that faith is imputed or reckoned. Faith which is imputed results in believing. Righteousness came/comes with Christ's faith. Faith is not enabled.

Both Science + Scholars and Theologians, by looking at the Bible and calculating the possible population of the earth during Noah's flood (somewhere in the range of 4 to 6 billion people). All of these people were given the chance to board the Ark. God gave them 120 years to decide. So we see how God has made a way for every person born that ever lived. And like today, those in Noah's day through "free will" rejected God.

amen but not everyone will accept him

“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

He that believeth on him is not condemned:

( everyone won’t believe though only the believers will be saved )

but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

( we’re also forced to come out of the darkness into the light and this will condemn some when they refuse )

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
‭‭John‬ ‭3:14-21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

When we’re living a sinful lifestyle and we’re also a believer In Jesus we do t ever want to hear the truth of what he’s saying because it’s going to bring our sins into the light and cause us to need to stop walking in darkness and stay in the light and be free

If we love sin we’re going to hate repentance and it keeps us away from the light for a time it did me anyways when I was younger I tried not to think about what God wants so I could enjoy what I used to like of the world …..but eventually that belief we have in Jesus is going to force us through our conscience to start coming suffering our own souls and works now that we are believers in him we need to hear what he taught believers about being saved

….the Bible also says faith is completed by the work and faith without the work is dead like a body without a spirit is dead

and both are true not just one

The Bible says that faith is imputed or reckoned. Faith which is imputed results in believing. Righteousness came/comes with Christ's faith. Faith is not enabled.
According to the sources, faith is not a choice in the same sense that love is not a choice. It is a response to the revelation of truth, particularly the truth found in the Word of God regarding the person and work of Christ

. Faith is activated when individuals respond to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, choosing to believe and act accordingly

The concept of faith being credited as righteousness is emphasized in the Bible, indicating that faith itself is considered righteousness rather than a work done by humans

. Therefore, faith is not dependent on human effort but is a gift from God, enabling believers to receive forgiveness and acceptance despite their sinfulness

In summary, faith is not disabled or unable to function, but it requires divine enablement through the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. It is a response to the truth revealed, and it leads to righteous living as a consequence of belief rather than a cause of it.

Guess you need to "tweak" [faith is not enabled] brother.

Yes. It is spiritual, not human hearing. Comes only with/from salvation.

“But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Do you see the "unto the end"? It is speaking of the salvation that will occur on the last day.

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
Same thing: future tense - saved on the last day.

To truly believe comes only from the faith of Christ.

….the Bible also says faith is completed by the work and faith without the work is dead like a body without a spirit is dead

Correct. But the work is Christ's work, not ours, which work, He accomplished perfectly.
So, Christ's faith had as part of it, His faithfulness, His righteousness, and His works,
all of which is imputed to those whom He saves.
That is not to say that those saved shouldn't perform good works because they should, but the
doing of them is the result of salvation, but not leading to salvation. No one can be saved
by their works.
