Please pray for me. Increasingly I am overwhelmed with anger about everything and everyone. I don't want to be like this and would never harm anyone.
Unfortunately that means it is all inside, making me more and more unwell. The anger and resentment is about all sorts of reasons over a long time.
I have forgotten what it is to be relaxed and happy, as I was when I was a child. I am so very tired.

I've resorted to the stoic approach to navigating through this life. It is one that is not about denying our emotions as much as it is not allowing them to determine our reaction to outside forces. Another way of putting it is, "what happens outside of me cannot affect what happens inside of me" and so my inner peace is guarded. That's really the only thing I'm left any power over, because "out there" is total chaos. May the Lord bless you and keep you in His perfect peace.

Adrenal fatigue can result from long term stress, physical or emotional trauma.
I would look for online help from a natural pathic doctor with a good reputation after sharing this with your pastor.
A good friend and family member can be of help too. Also remember that one ministry of the Holy Spirit is the Comforter. He is available in times like these.

Best to you for a strong recovery.

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Absolutely, I need to control the anger inside me when people treat me badly. I automatically stay quiet because I hate confrontation, I just want a quiet life. Yet inside I seethe. I know that negative energy is draining my vitality and producing disease. Knowing that just makes me more angry.
I am praying for help from Jesus.

You need to surround yourself with genuine friends or with believers who don't have their heads "in the clouds" also you might want to consider seeing a doctor-nothing wrong with that.

Where coffee may induce irritability, the vitamin B complex provides a similar 'pick me up' and also possesses stress reducing components to it, . It just isn't as enjoyable experience to administer as coffee is but much more 'essential' than coffee. Also, a topical application of magnesium helps to repair the damage that stress might have incurred and so also has stress relieving properties. I think that there must be something to the reality that the skin so readily absorbs it, and I'd venture to say even eagerly like it thirsts for it and carries it to whatever most critic area of need. I think of it as sort of the triage of well-being.

I keep a supply of Frankincense and Myrrh essential oil blend also, commonly put into anointing oils. This provides me with the natural benefits of each as well as reminds me of God's blessings of healing and refuge when applying it. Myrrh has pain relieving properties, but I forget the exact benefits of Frankincense other than its pleasant aroma.

MaryM,

This is a class that you may be interested in.
Dr. Hyman is addressing brain inflammation as it pertains to food consumption. This is a common source of various disorders that are helped by personal choices. Even if it is not related to your challenges whatsoever, I believe that he makes some good observations and might be helpful for overall health.

He tries to pack as much info into the time as possible. If he goes too fast to focus, I would break it up into 15 minute+/- intervals or go to the settings ( cog/ wheel shaped icon) and adjust the speed accordingly.

Hello Mary. I understand your situation. Ive been dumped on my whole life. Proverbs chapter 14. Who ever has Respect for the Lord lives good life, but those who hate him walk down a evil path. Reprobates don't have any self respect or self control. It's pride and arrogance. Basically, we as Christian people, we can't lower our selves to there level. We rise above evil with good.
14:5. A honest witness does not lie, but a dishonest witness pours out lies. Wicked will slander Christian people. False brethren spread heresy and cause division. They infiltrate Body of Christ. Any thing wicked have to say, amounts to dung hill. 14:6
Those who make fun of others look for wisdom and don't find it. But knowledge comes easy to those who understand what is right. Reprobates have unclean Spirit and don't have holy Spirit. They will not understand deep truth of Gods word. And God doesn't listen to the prayer of the wicked. Its a abomination to God. Wicked are on slippery slope to hell.
14:j18
Childish people act in keeping with there foolish ways. But knowledge makes wise people feel like kings. Wicked have twisted minds, and there corrupt. They can't understand God's love and decency. Wise people stay away from raw sewage. 14:22. Those who plan evil go down wrong path. But those who plan good find love and truth. The wicked destroy them selves. They leave trail of bad fruit.
10:29
The way of the Lord is strength to the upright, but destruction shall be to the workers of inquity. The wicked have no future. Those who repent and love and serve God have nothing to worry about.
I hope this is consolation to you sister. Take care.

Dear MaryM,
I'm sorry you're having to face confrontations. These situations can be very distressing, whether they involve rude store clerks, gossiping colleagues, berating customers, or family members.

Mary, it's important to remember that we can stand up for ourselves. Jesus stood up for Himself when people falsely accused Him of being a drunkard and a glutton. He showed us the strength to assert the truth with grace.

I know it's hard, but please hang on and have faith. God is always with us, especially when we are persecuted. The most important thing is not to take it personally. These individuals aren't hurting you; they're only harming themselves. They are fighting against the Holy Spirit within us. We need to forgive those who trespass against us, just as God forgives us.

Whenever you're feeling really stressed, try doing one of these activities to feel better: listen to some uplifting music, read or listen to the Bible, go for a walk, take a bath, visit a steam room, work out, or dance. well you get the idea anything that brings you joy and peace can help.
You can persevere through this, Mary; it will make you a better person.
