And you think disqualifying Fanni will restore trust around the country? I think it will require much more than that. I'm looking at this book that describes how to drain the swamp, it is going into detail about what is required and wow, it is a lot. The book is called Revelation.
Its a start.

failing to charge her and doing something will further prove we can not trust..

It will be the same ole same ole double standard.

Esther 6:13 And Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends every thing that had befallen him. Then said his wise men and Zeresh his wife unto him, If Mordecai be of the seed of the Jews, before whom thou hast begun to fall, thou shalt not prevail against him, but shalt surely fall before him.

Personally I tend to think that we need to get this "DEI" stuff out of the justice system. That's the stuff that causes no bail money needed for being bailed out. And reduced sentences for convictions.
Also some of the third time loser laws causing a "habitual" label being applied is erased with this stuff. Bail money being required was a policy created to stop so much of the ongoing crime we got...and the sheer volume of warrants left open.

Then there's this whole illegal immigrants crap causing the FBI to get involved as these thugs travel having no real home in the states.

Where people want to fuss about Deiter (Juliani's unofficial "helper/bulldog") that violated a bunch of people's rights...he did clean up NY so people could walk down the streets unafraid once again.

Then the squads started going over the top and began targeting kids that simply dressed like thugs...which was too much. They should have been reigned in before then.

Wow, Fanni says Nathan was worth twice as much as the other lawyers in the DA's office.

'DEVASTATING': Bombshell details in Willis case eyed as potential taxpayer fraud

Not only so but we learn Nathan worked around the clock, often spending 4-5 hours in the early morning at Fanni's house and this was even before she hired him.

Will they whole DA office be locked up immediately?
Probably not...but that doesn't mean that they will find themselves being comfortable with continued tenure either.
However the whole department will be under extreme scrutiny for past and present cases over her posting.

There will be tremendous pressure from three different investigations to disqualify her and if she is disqualified it will impact everyone in that office. Now that we have more witnesses it seems she should be tried for perjury and before doing that you would have to disqualify her because you couldn't have anyone from her office prosecuting her.

Everyone on the office is prety much complacent, they knew the truth and did not say anything, Sadly, that almost makes them all guilty.

If she threatened them, then that needs to come out;.

If she gets disqualified they are all disqualified. However, if they simply disqualify Nathan Wade then the office is not going to be disqualified. If this was the only trial and only judge that would likely be the outcome. But with Georgia Senate and US congress both having hearings and with more witnesses coming forth it puts a lot of pressure on the judge to disqualify her. The lawyers have also threatened to appeal if he doesn't disqualify her. So the statement is very clear, this does not go away if he does not disqualify her and thus will be a black eye for the next few months. Therefore there may be very strong pressure even from Biden's administration to cut her loose. The problem for Biden is that this doesn't end if she get's disqualified. Evidence is coming out that they were involved so a new trial concerning election interference by using lawfare could be made. No matter how you cut this the next few months will have this issue front and center.

Also consider the deals that might be cut with Nathan Wade behind the scenes if he becomes a cooperating witness against the Biden administration. They could dangle a presidential pardon from Trump. Obviously that could not be a formal promise, but they could promise to submit his name to Trump to pardon if Trump is elected. If that promise comes from Trump's lawyer that might be Nathan's only hope at a future after all this.

if they only do this,. then the corrupt system stays in place.. I would not trust anything coming from the any DA's office.

She is guilty. It is time to put her where she belongs, the consequences are on her and those who allowed her to continue

You know lawyers....it's all about what they can prove...not what they highly highly suspect.

a lot of people don't understand that concept- when it comes to court, it is not what you know, it is what you can prove..

Or disprove. But the concept of innocent until proven guilty has been reversed to match the Communist and Fascist ideas of "justice". Trump is guilty until proven innocent, and then too, he is still guilty.

In my opinion this ruling by the judge is the best possible ruling from Trump's point of view. This is why:

1. Judge, who is the most favorable judge she is going to get, said her testimony was not credible.

2. If Fani removes Nathan Wade but then gets another special counsel to go after Trump the five attorneys will appeal this judges ruling. Already there are more people coming forward testifying they saw Fanni and Nathan prior to the key date. Also there will be massive pressure on Nathan to become a witness against Fanni (he will be dealing with Georgia government trying to get their money back that was paid to him, and there will be a new trial from the wife in the divorce, and the judge will be very angry that he and his lawyer lied to them, and he will be disbarred for perjury).

3. Or, Fani could recuse herself and her office. This would cause all these people dragged into her muddy affair to hate her. Trump probably would not appeal but Georgia would complain about misuse of funds and Congress will also be investigating her for misuse of Federal funds. All of these witnesses coming forward could sink her in both of these trials and she will almost certainly have an ethics hearing over her speaking at church and her affair from the Bar as a result of this ruling and this could expand into a hearing about perjury.
Now imagine having to deal with all this as well as Nathan recanting his testimony and calling her a liar while at the same time getting a new special prosecutor? She will be the one tied up in lawsuits that are going to bankrupt her and keep her totally occupied.

So as far as I can tell Fanni will be on the front page for the rest of this year and there is no way they will convict Trump of anything before the election. If she tries to persist with prosecution this will go to appeal giving more headlines.
