The bible teaches many things, but it does not teach to add to scripture, you said God, said he made us in his own image.

It doesn't,.it says let us make man in our image, then you where created from the dust.

It does, Jesus is the image of God, and Paul told us that we should be more as Jesus Christ.

It does, Jesus is the image of God, and Paul told us that we should be more as Jesus Christ.

There is not a word in the Bible that is useless.They are always consistent,No matter how far apart the chapters are,from the Genesis to Revelation.Just like what Jesus said.I'm not here to abolish it.But to fulfill it.

The bottom line is was God created from the dust.

You understand if God came to be from the dust then only then would we be asimilar image to God and have any likeness to God

We where taking about a word that is used in the bible.

The bible says be as wise as serpents , Mathew 10.16.

Is God telling you to be as wise as Satan.

Can you answer a straight forward question without diverting or not.

Could well have been actually because if there is one thing Satan does well is to know his enemy. Jesus knew His enemy well which is why He could shut them up so quick with a single rebuttal.

To discern the lie, you need to be was wise/"clever" as the one lying.

Talk about swinging on the vine to and fro. First you point out Jesus said to be as wise as a serpent which, has always been connected to evil and now you throw your hands in the air when it is shown there is a certain wisdom in evil, used for all the wrong reasons of course which, is why Jesus added to be as harmless as a dove.

What lengths will you go to to ignore the plain meaning of God's word?
