it isn't the religions that predate it have had a radical face lift and cleansing because child sacrifice, etc would no longer be acceptable by the world after the light Jesus shown was made known so the demons revamped the old religions and told lies pretending to be always loving and kind when they were not.
example: Kali, Hindu goddess still worshiped by some
