I think it can mean more when we think as soon as they ate they "knew" they were naked and knew to cover themselves and knew they were wrong and hid from God.

They knew enough to make an attempt to correct it.
They knew enough to be chilly and embarrassed. I said wrongly that it was about morality. Another typo. sorry.

14 But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.

This actually proves unsaved people have knowledge of God, which by their rejection, justifies their Eternal Punishment.

I'm looking forward to it. Whatever it is.
This is the key to understanding what many will miss unless your pastor is skilled at exegetical expository teaching.

Titus 2:11-12

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that,
denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly
in the present age.

Your own supposition on how to read the text could never tell you what the Word of God is actually conveying in verse 12.
Not understood unless someone can teach you from the Greek, and teach it with depth... not just resorting to Greek word studies.

The Greek word translated "teaching" is not the word used for a typical classroom setting.
It speaks of a different way to teach.

Parents sometimes use this technique when dealing with an obstinate child...

This way of teaching according to the Greek means letting someone get hurt by learning the hard way.
Sometimes referred to as 'the school of hard knocks.'

It means allowing someone (after is made aware of something being wrong) to go ahead and do it.
After they get hurt and burned enough times?
Then they learn to say, "NO!"

That is how in Titus 2:12 God's grace teaches all men to say no to ungodliness...
It also explains why even unbelievers as they mature seek to live in morality.

I was truly blessed to finally understand another way in how God teaches us.. and is from Him when we mess up our lives.

I learned of this from this pastor... https://rbthieme.org/index.html#tabs-3

Not just bible students, but pastors have ordered his messages for their personal study.
Look over the page. No money required for ordering his materials.

Grace and peace ............

Thieme created an interesting system of teaching. I listened to many of his tapes years back and read a great number of his booklets. He’s not for everyone, but he had great insight.

He knew yom as referring to some period of time. yom has a wide range of meanings in Hebrew.
Really, that's the game you want to play? On the day he ate things changed, not months or even years down the track. It wasn't subtle, it was drastic. The consequences we see related to us confirms the day is referring to a 24 hour period.

Honestly, get with it mate and open your eyes to the practical ramifications of which the scriptures speak.

Is there ANYTHING in Scripture that can even remotely support this claim?
I would say there is something in scripture that categorically refutes it in that Adam didn't know he was naked until after eating the fruit.

Gen.3:6b-7
She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.

Thieme created an interesting system of teaching. I listened to many of his tapes years back and read a great number of his booklets. He’s not for everyone, but he had great insight.
He is not supposed to be for everybody.
Even R.B. Thieme Jr. was the first one to tell you that.
He said so even on that video! Look starting at 11:35.

Yet there were pastors who hated him who continued learning from him, because they saw what he had to give.....

Just like Jesus turned off many and they followed him no longer for having offended them! (John 6:60-66)

On hearing it, many of his disciples said, “This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it?”

Aware that his disciples were grumbling about this, Jesus said to them, “Does this offend you?
Then what if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before! The Spirit gives life; the
flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.
Yet there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus had known from the beginning which
of them did not believe and who would betray him. He went on to say, “This is why I told you
that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them.”

From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him."

God is not beyond offending followers with truth designed to test where their priorities are.

That kind of reaction was the nature of some that God demands of us our very own life...

“If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother
and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life,
he cannot be my disciple." Luke 14:26

Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself
and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but
whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains
the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?
Matthew 16:24-26

After leaving the baby stage of awe and wonder being taught sound doctrine will be initially painful for many
until it finally does its work in the believer. For it will keep on exposing our wrong thinking and what we wish
to deny about our self.

Paul warned that not many will want not tolerate sound doctrine teachings.

For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine.
Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great
number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear." 2 Timothy 4:3

They can listen for themselves and decide if you got that right.

Starting at 11:35 he even tells you that he is not right for everyone to listen to.
In other words?
He was not willing to keep arguing with those who habitually misunderstand and impugn those whom they do not understand.

Thanks for your endorsement just the same.
You not liking something tells others something about it.
