Joe keeps making moves that are likely unconstitutional but he is trying hard. Supreme Court should rule on the ability for government agencies like FDA or ATF to make rules that act like laws. They certainly are not allowed to do that, it will be interesting to see how crazy the deep state gets before the SCOTUS can rule.
