I either talk to God or to a wall. I try to listen to people's advices, but they all sound so poisonous. You'd have to be here to understand. I'm depressed and disappointed.

I'm sorry you are disappointed and depressed.

Have you seen a doctor about your depression? I know they often want to fill one with various pills, but once the type and dose is correct it does help depression.

What are you enthusiastic about, and can you do more of that?

To walk in the desert is difficult. You feel like you are on an endless journey and question the voice and presence of God. I can only say that I feel with you, and I hope you find comfort and some direction and answers that are sound and can lead you forward. Keep seeking God for answers, and remember that you are promised that ask and it will given to you. Seek, and you will shall find. God bless and take care.

Either you've surrounded yourself with the wrong people, or you're not grasping the advice given. Important to figure out which is true.

it simply sounds like you are talking to the wrong people. are they Christians? are you a Christian? i would never consult or ask a non Christian for advice. also, maybe you are not in line with God's plan for you. there's lot's of work here for you to do to figure out the direction in your life. 1st, become a born again Christian NOW, if you are not one. join a church. little by little, you will develop friends who you can trust to ask advice. but the 1sdt person to always ask for advice is Jesus. He's never wrong & is open 24 hours a day!!! lot's to say but i don't want to overload you. blessings to you.

Thank you, and yes. I've seen a doctor. I take medication for depression.

I do. Sometimes it doesn't work out.

Been told that a lot for years, but the whole world (including church people) are the wrong people.

Yes, they are Christians. It doesn't surprise me. Christians give terrible advices too. Most of the advices they give you are either quotes from the Bible that doesn't apply, or extremely mundane stuff that it's not right for a Christian to follow. I'm a believer of The Christ, indeed. Being in line with God... hmmmm... We spoke about 20 mins ago and he keeps telling to not rely even on "Christian" people. It seems almost impossible and incredibly lonely, but He's right. Thank you for your advices. I've been following Christianity for far long, and yet I've never met one true Christian. They come close, but still not there yet. And I know the definition that "Christians" have for themselves, but they're different from what the Bible states and Christ's teachings. But everyone interprets it all how it's best convenient for them. It doesn't have to be the truth, but what's comfortable for them. Very flawed "Christians", almost as if they were never to begin with. Christ is there for me. Amen! I'm just wondering why God made other people...?
