You only think I'm all over the place. And that's because you haven't really followed my posts. What you have just said inaccurately depicts what I have shared on the subject. And I don't hammer anyone. If you can share with me where you believe I have treated you poorly, I will be more than happy to apologize.
As it stands, you have accused me of deceit. You would be doing me a great favor if you can show this to me from my posts, as it is never my intention to deceive, either wittingly or unwittingly.
We have roughly 20 specific discussion quotes about the state of fallen man and I have reread them to make sure. But maybe you have changed position. Bottom line is that you claim Fallen Man is unable to do anything Spiritual or to understand Spiritual things. The quote we are currently discussing is about can man question God, the clay and God the Creator. Fallen Man would have no idea what this means. So yes, I stand by my words.

People hate when you properly use their own doctrine against them that they have improperly been using against others.

It has to be defended and defended and defended because it is illogical.

In this doctrine God does not love His enemies but believers are instructed to love their enemies, how does that make sense?

What an amazing Truth you have unfolded!
It's definitely a "Do as I say NOT as I do" kind of doctrine.

I only stated that God has every right to save those of His choosing. Any who are not saved are only receiving what they deserve! We should be thankful that we are among those who receive His grace. He has chosen us for reasons that are beyond our understanding.

There are so many people that have escaped this "group think" they have tremendous insight so I take the time to learn from them.
Calvinism is a bitter pill when you have to live with the fact your family may not be the elect and your prayers are useless.

Imagine Jesus speaking to the crowds and He loved only some does that make any sense?

There were some in that crowd for whom He had no mercy does that make sense?

Calvinists take particular words Jesus spoke to his disciples and generalize them to all of humanity does that make sense?

Yes, it's the whole idea that God would preach to us LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE your enemies, those who despise you, those that kill you, those that hate you, those that do you wrong...the 2nd Commandment LOVE your NEIGHBOR...while all along [according to the Reformed] God is murdering people to an Eternal Damnation, creating them for the sole purpose to spend their existence in Hell.

It's as if the mentally insane wrote the Doctrine.

Adolf Hitler would be so proud of this doctrine.

Can you please tell everyone where you found this in scripture?
Read how the Reformed describe Sovereignty of God to send people to hell by the masses for His own Majesty, Power, and Glory while at same time commanding His followers to love their enemies and not hurt them...turn the other cheek.

That literally are the thoughts of people you can find living in padded walls.

He has every right but that is not His way.

Not sure how you reconcile this view of God to the the revelation of God through Christ Jesus.

And then people preach we are to be exactly like God.

Well, if I think God is a murderer because my Doctrine teaches Sovereignty then shouldn't I also be a murderer?

It is well known Augustine had issues and so did John Calvin.

Just read their thoughts, those around them, the accounts of their actions.

Calvin is accounted for 38 executions.
He displayed what His views of God were and obeyed himself like the God he believed in.

If the Reformers in this thread could get away with it, how many of us who oppose them would be DEAD right now?

I think we have CDS .... :D
At least that is what I have been told, I wear it proudly.

It changes the character of God, it is upsetting.
