However, what the Bible does say explicitly is that it is God that opened Leah's womb, not some potion. It also says clearly from this day forward Leah and Rachel were reconciled and that Rachel is considered the Mother of Israel. Since Rachel only had two children and died giving birth to the second, whereas Leah had six, why is Rachel "the mother of Israel"?

Rachel’s power in prayer
Jeremiah 31:15 Thus saith the Lord; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not. 16 Thus saith the Lord; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the Lord; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
Jeremiah is weeping for the exile of Israel as they are led off into captivity. God does not hear his prayers, so he appeals to the great men of faith, to Moses, and to Abraham, and to Jacob and yet God does not hear their prayers. It isn’t until he appeals to Rachel that God hears her prayer, says to dry her eyes because her work shall be rewarded.
I want to be able to pray like Rachel, to have power with God like she had.
But to do that I need to understand what her work was that she was rewarded for. To do that we need to review a little about what Jeremiah says because it relates to everything Rachel did. When Jacob blesses Joseph he talks about how his life was made bitter referring to being sold into slavery by his brothers and then being thrown into the dungeon by Potipher. When Jacob learns that Joseph has been killed (the story the brothers told) he says he refused to be comforted. So even though Rachel is dead she is still one with Jacob, still watching over her children and still praying for them.
Also Rachel is considered the Mother of Israel which is weird because Leah has more kids than she does.
But now we need to understand what the work was that she did that she is being rewarded for because her reward is to become the mother of Israel. There is a story, it seems trivial, that Reuben, Leah’s firstborn, is out gathering flowers when he is six years old and gives them to his mother. The Bible calls them “mandrakes” but the truth is the Bible does not tell us what they are, other than wildflowers.
Imagine you are Leah, here is your six year old son, he comes back with some flowers and says “Mom, I picked these for you”. This is special, you save this gift just like you might save a card your child made. But then Rachel asks Leah if she can have some of those flowers. Leah gets upset, it isn’t enough you have taken my husband but now you want by son’s flowers too! Rachel says that is fair, in exchange for giving me some of those flowers I will give you Jacob tonight. Leah runs to Jacob and says I have rented you tonight from Rachel, she gets pregnant and has a child that she names “Reward”.
This story explains why God says Rachel shall be rewarded and why He listened to her prayers. Up until that point Rachel felt she had been cheated. She was supposed to marry Jacob, it was a beautiful love story of him working seven years for her, and then at the last moment her father poisons everything by switching Leah for Rachel. But then Leah has child after child. Leah has four children of her own and two children from her maid. Rachel is still barren at this time. It is very clear up to this point there is a bitter rivalry between the two. But this act by Rachel is saying “I want to view your kids as my kids”. Yes I am barren, but I can still love my nieces and nephews.
It is at this point that Rachel is able to see this relationship from her sister’s point of view. It wasn’t her sister’s plan to be swapped for Rachel and to cheat Jacob. As a result of this she is hated. Her wedding night is ruined. Then to make things worse a week later Rachel decides to marry Jacob as well, why? She didn’t have to do that, she chose to steal Leah’s husband. Rachel had never considered the situation from Leah’s point of view, but then she says OK, in exchange for the flowers I’ll give you this night with Jacob. This is undoing what happened on the wedding night. Jacob had paid for Rachel and got Leah, that was a trick. But here Leah has paid for Jacob and there is no trick. Rachel’s work was to undo the wrong that was done her. No longer is she the victim, now she can embrace all the children as hers. This is why God listens to her prayer.
So Lord I pray that my sight would be adjusted like Rachels, that I could hear your words as compassion and not judgment, that I could be one with You, praising you, and so I could see all of the believers as a great reward, the riches of your inheritance in the saints. Lord I pray that I would let grace work in my heart to transform me.

I have been following this closely and have come to the conclusion that no one issue is all that big a deal and we could weather it with little problem. The real issue is all of them.
You can't look at the $34.5 trillion debt by itself. You have to consider in light of BRICS. The problem with BRICS is we are losing foreign countries that will buy debt and in addition we are seeing foreign countries sell US debt which means we have to compete with them when we sell our debt.
But you can't look at that issue without also looking at the end of the Petrodollar as Saudi Arabia ended that this week and is now selling their oil in the PetroYuan.
Put all that together and it is far more serious than looking at any one problem by itself. However, we also have a shortage of food. Is it manmade? Not clear, but with 140 food processing plants attacked in the last 24 months and animals being put to death repeatedly over "health scares" this is causing inflation. That is really a thorny issue since the best way to jump start the US economy is by cutting interest rates and yet all the pressure from our debt, lack of buyers of our debt and inflation is to raise interest rates. But with $34.5 trillion in debt a very small rise in interest rates is very expensive to America.
But even with all that maybe with AI we could find a way out as we have an entirely new business model. The problem is that Nvidia dominates the market for chips for AI and their chips are built in Taiwan, TSMC, and that is why China is making a move on Taiwan. If China seizes Taiwan they will control the computers that AI runs on and they will rule the world. That is why we are going to war over Taiwan. Imagine how expensive this war will be when we are currently tapped out on our credit and already food and other items are very expensive.
The world is divided into ten regions by the UN for their new one world government and according to the Book of Revelation (or the secret councils of God) those ten regions are called horns and three of the horns are broken off to pave the way for the little horn, Antichrist. If the US, China and Russia destroy each other that would be three horns that are broken. With Saudi Arabia cutting a deal with China it makes Israel absolutely essential to the US. Without Israel as an ally in the region the US as a superpower will cease to exist. This means the PetroYuan is a declaration of war between the US and China and Russia.
This is not WW1 or WW2, in those wars gold flowed into the US, our industrial might was paramount and so we came out of those wars stronger than when we went in. This war will be fought in the US, gold will flow out of the US, not in, and we'll end up broke like Britain or Italy.
One reason our economy does not look worse than it does is because of ten million illegals. They are actually padding some stats. But if the illegals are actually an advance force for the war they should not be seen as a plus but a huge negative.
With all that said the stage is set for world war, it really would seem unfathomable that they went to all this trouble to set the stage and then to see this doesn't continue on to war.
But what I am reminded of is the Lord's word in the New Testament. The world is blissfully unaware of fire falling right up until Sodom and Gomorrah is destroyed. Lot wasn't, Abraham wasn't, Noah wasn't, but the people in the world were. How?
Rumors of war indicating the power of propaganda to manipulate the masses. Eventually with all the threat levels changing and all the threats and fear porn being pushed at people they just can't listen any more, so they tune it out.
Once they tune it out it is easy for the MSM to tell them anything they want to tell them and to simply put people to sleep.
So I anticipate a Black Swan event that will be huge, much bigger than 911 or Pearl Harbor. This event will completely change the equation. People will claim that no one could have predicted it, but that is bogus, the reason we pay so much for the NSA and CIA is to predict these events. Prior to this event people will think that things are beginning to "bounce back". After the event all the faith, hope and love in the country will be gone.
