There is going to be some changes soon enough due to the overturned "Chevron Doctrine" allowing some new revenue sources to come into play.

And it just might help.

I'm A-Political to begin with. I don't believe that Trump is as bad or as great as people say....same with Biden. Both are politicians and that's synonymous with liars.

John Stossel has a commentary on the debate....Trump has his negatives. (Ego mostly, abusive and bully otherwise) And he lays out Bidens negatives too.
Neither is a great candidate. Both are horrible in their own ways. Both are transitory and gone in four years. (Thank God)

How do we get the manure back in the horse?
Dunno....but things have gotten so bad that even CNN did a truth telling on both candidates. (Hint: Both lied or exaggerated extensively).
Yep, it’s not more complicated than what you just described.

Biden did so poorly though he will be lucky to come out of their Caucus with the nomination. There's lots of talk about him stepping down.

I've been of the opinion since Trump 45 that the other party ceased operating in some of their previous semi-stealth mode and more exposed their game.

I can see how some of their supporters have been duped into thinking JB has not been a puppet. I can also see how many could care less and would vote for a corpse as long as the status quo operations could continue.

Why is there the thinking that this debate was a mistake?

That opinion can only be from the Biden supporters who wanted him to show how competent he was mentally and physically.

But anyone with half a brain -- and not under any delusion -- could have seen that since January 6, 2020 this man was incapable of even an ordinary job -- let alone that of president of the USA. Barack Obama has been the actual "president" all along, and all the destructive policies of Biden are actually his.

It was Biden who challenged Trump, not vice versa: "President Joe Biden’s campaign has released a new video challenging former President Donald Trump to two presidential debates hosted by news organizations. The video comes as Biden has formally informed the Commission on Presidential Debates that he will not participate in its previously scheduled fall debates."
https://www.cnn.com/2024/05/15/poli...residential-debate-challenge-saenz-cnc-digvid

So he got his wish, and even refused to be drug tested (which is what Trump wanted). And now that the world has seen the total incompetence (and also the destructive agenda of Biden as laid out by Trump), the Leftists are wringing their hands. But in some states, they will not allow a switch out of candidates. Also none of the alternatives to Biden have any merit. So they simply plan to steal this election in the end.

Biden has to give up his electors already voted in during the Primary that were holdover mainly from his precious election.

So the speculation abounds now as to who is going to be the sacrificial lamb for the election.

And Democrats are having to rethink their entire platform. The clown show with military in drag outfits, the whole LGBTQ parade everywhere, and an economy in the toilet despite the mostly fudged economic numbers...
The House of Representatives is lost to Republicans, Senate is going that way, SCOTUS has been lost for a very long time and now the White House. (Again)
The Chevron Doctrine is also toast....so the President doesn't matter as much.

The entire platform for the Democrats is not winning anymore like it once used to. (Which is problematic) Their social agenda gave way too much emphasis on the 5% dysfunctional population and not on the regular person who just wants to make a living. Their economic agenda was obviously a disaster and run by the Big 7 (most of the US businesses are run by 7 corporations through stock ownership)

Time for them to redo their entire platform and focus on the majority of their constituents instead of the outliers.

And then all those corporations are under the control of one person belonging to the Rothschild family. At least I saw a chart some time back showing how everything is structured. Chances are that has been suppressed or "disappeared".

Which is not very likely. The plan was the total destruction of America (economy included), so there is no reversing that evil scheme. And all substitutes for Biden are committed to that agenda. Plus the Deep State supporting the Democrats.

The issue of the climate and the Chevron Doctrine is causing division among younger Republicans though(search for articles similar to "younger republicans concerned about climate change" ect.). I understand that the big oil companies want to make more money and so only donate to politicians who vote down any climate agendas, sign the "no climate tax pledge" (Kock brothers,Dunn,Wilks ect.) but eventually Gen Z,Mill.'s ect are going to get louder and louder until they vote differently unless the R's get on page with their younger constituents. https://checksandbalancesproject.org/5-facts-mike-pence-koch-bros/ There are many more examples of this but just an example of younger R's opinions

The irony meter swings both ways though. As a Christian at some point we should take a deeper look at some "big money backers" slithering their way up into the GOP,,, for instance have you ever thought to search for "David Koch's position on same sex marriage"? He agrees with it which might shock some. Or his brothers position on creation? He cant see how the creation story could be true after years in the oil business...

The corporate control isn't as strong as you might think. It's advantageous but not complete dominance.

The goal wasn't the destruction of the USA....just the freedom of its people. To where people en masse were controlled by the economic environment to behave in specific ways. (This is precisely what led to the USA Civil War despite the propaganda and unfortunately the South lost that war)

So once again we are facing the same issue....corporate governance instead of elected government. (You voted with dollars instead of voting)

They don't have secret handshakes or clandestine meetings...they just create an environment to where people pay money for a low cost renewable purchase. (Service economy instead of product economy)

Ice cream makers are a prime example.
The good ones you buy once that last decades are $600+ each. The cheap ones that use aluminum buckets (poisoning you slowly) and leaky buckets that break within a year or two are $50.
Or you can buy an expensive mechanical one ($250+) that uses no ice and salt...again they break easily too and make very small amounts. Or you can just buy chemical laden store bought ice cream. (Scary stuff)

So most people are forced into buying store bought ice cream instead of making it yourself. The economics of it are unreasonable. And you slowly poison yourself by buying highly processed foods. (Albeit classified as junk food but home made is actually much better and not so bad)

And that's how things go to force people to do as they want.

Stainless steel is NOT that expensive. Nor are the buckets or motors with the breaker. Old tech that is almost $100+ years old. Where milk, fruit, eggs and sugar make a wholesome summertime treat. (And a little fun bonding time)

Where the corporate heads just want to keep their dairy factories busy making ice cream or other processed dairy products....they don't care about anything else.

Agree, deception stretches far and wide, follow the money trail, that speaks volumes though.

Oh they definitely do have secret meetings, and the fact they are secret means they are clandestine in nature.

Yep here in Texas we have already gotten to the point where oil fracking billionaires have almost the hole R party in a position where they must obey the oil money(Dunn/Wilks) or they will end their political careers.

There might be two politicians that I know of that do not take "pac" money.
