Reread your post. You stated that I already told you they were created for eternal damnation. When did I tell you?
I never used the word "create, I stated born.
Meaning that all who are born are already condemned.

People are born under the wrath of God. They are condemned already...John 3:18. But men also bring about there own demise, in a sense, fitting themselves for destruction. They are at enmity against God and live their lives in rebellion against Him. And yet, Romans 1 says they should be able to know God exists from creation itself and from conscience, as eternity has been placed in their hearts. This makes them accountable.

I know that God chooses some and not all. Not even all of Israel is of Israel. And large numbers of various people groups throughout the church age have never heard the Gospel or about Christ. You have conveniently continued to ignore this reality. Do you suppose God created them and simply forgot about them?
Does scripture say anywhere that anyone is chosen by God for salvation? it seems to me to say God chooses people for roles of service.

People don't have to hear the gospel to be saved. They do need to hear the gospel to know for sure that they are saved. Hence, it is not a problem for those who do not embrace your unbiblical presuppositions,. but simply stick to and accept what the Bible says.

The gospel offers assurance of salvation.
You propose salvation apart from Christ. Not possible.

Now you are just playing word games. Perhaps to deflect from ever answering about those who never heard the Gospel and the reasons why God sends forth His word. I would be interested in responses concerning these, but I see no profit in word games. Grace and peace.

The Bible says chosen IN HIM. Certainly that includes service, but is hardly limited to it.

Yeah I never stated "created" and I never stated "for."
I am not really interested in your tangential questions.

In summary your god divinely enables some who hear the Gospel and leaves others as slaves to sin.

If you are a Christian, God made you alive while you were yet dead in your trespasses.
Is it that you want Him to force those who are hostile toward Him to accept Him?

Ephesians 2:4-7 ~ Because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in our trespasses. It is by grace you have been saved! And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages He might display the surpassing riches of His grace, demonstrated by His kindness to us in Christ Jesus.

Does scripture say anywhere that anyone is chosen by God for salvation? it seems to me to say God chooses people for roles of service.
Let me please amplify what you said there.

We know that Moses is saved.
That he is a child of God.

Yet? Moses was not in the number chosen in Christ before the foundations of the earth to be the Church - the body of Christ..

Ephesians 1:3-5

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms
with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be
holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus
Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—

Jesus is the Head of the Church! Head of the body of Christ!

On the other hand?
Moses was Chosen by God to be one God's eternal people who will reside on the New Earth.

In contrast to Moses?

The home of the Church is to be in the New Heaven.

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Philippians 3:20
In contrast to heaven, Abraham was promised for himself and his seed a vast landmass that can not be manifested until the future!

The word "Chosen" does not mean for salvation. It means for what purpose God chose those whom He knows will believe.

Takes time so sink in with some. For its a very confusing realm we have been baptized into!

grace and peace ..............

SO, apparently, your, answer equates to: "No, I read that into the text "

They hear the Gospel...

Their response is what leaves them remaining slaves to sin.
“You stiff-necked people! Your hearts and ears are still uncircumcised.
You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit!
Was there ever a prophet your ancestors did not persecute? They even
killed those who predicted the coming of the Righteous One. And now
you have betrayed and murdered him— Acts 7:51-52

Stephen put them straight!

So much for those who believe in "irresistible" grace.
“You stiff-necked people! Your hearts and ears are still uncircumcised.
You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit!

Some want more to be accepted by a group they personally approve of than to accept their rejection
by removing themself, to find themself standing alone with God's Word, in order to be sanctified by God's Word!

We're in that process right now.
Not all are going to hear... "Well done good and faithful servant."
For they were faithful to their select group of like minded people, not to God's Word that wanted to correct them.

My answer is yes. You cannot separate chosen from in Him. Whatever is entailed in...in Him...is included.

Yes indeed, this is what scripture shows over and over again. Not God enables some and not others.

Their hearts and ears are/were still uncircumcised. Did you miss that part?

Who circumcised your heart? You???

Oh, wait. I know. You did not need God's help.

You were just so darned righteous all on your own.

LOL

I know Who circumcised my heart. It sure as heck was not me.

God did it. I suppose according to you that means He forced me.

Deuteronomy 30:6~
The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love Him
with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

So, where is the scripture that says someone is chosen for salvation? or rather, for entry level salvation; that is, chosen to be given ears that listen, and understanding, and faith o believe what God is saying to them, so as to be reckoned righteous by God.

Ephesians 1:4 deCalvinized for those who rightly divide scripture.

God is not predetermining which individuals will be in Christ. It is about God predetermining what will become of those who are in Christ through belief in His truth.
