He seemed relatively sharp to me with a few caveats.
1. We need an international agreement that any attack on the US takes place prior to the 8pm deadline for him.
and
2. Any attack on the US should be simple enough so that the military can explain what has happened in 20 seconds or less seeing as he seems to forget what was said more than 50 seconds ago. So Russia can attack a city, but let's agree to keep the number to three or less so that he doesn't get confused.
3. Finally, anyone in the military taking orders from him needs to understand that he does get names confused. So if he orders an attack on France he might actually mean Russia, or if he wants to fire missiles at Tel Aviv he might actually have meant Hezbollah. So a little caution needs to be in place when you have to make those rapid decisions about who to nuke.
Also I think it is important for his caregivers to be aware that he thinks Afghanistan and Ukraine are successes, and that he has created a great economy with little or no inflation. So I think they need to keep newspapers and any source of news information away from him lest it cause a psychotic break.
Also I think many people need to chill out, this is simply the normal aging process for anyone who has gotten the vaccine and all the boosters.

I think this has been very helpful at opening people's eyes. They thought these talking heads were so smart and we need to listen and follow whatever they tell us to do concerning our health. Then they can't even realize that Biden is cognitively declined even though everyone else in this country can see it. I think many people who were willing to defer to their judgment no longer is willing to do so.
