"Did Those Who Were Never of The Elect Ever Have Free-Will?"

"I believe God gave free-will to those who would never be of the elect. "

Lost as to why you started this. You didn't give any scriptures in these two posts. Seems you answered your own question. A simple search of the scriptures would have answered this. Seems I could be wrong this is just about again "free-will".

That is gobbledegook. It is my choice but in reality it is God's choice.

What a great word "gobbledygook" (I heard that word in Blackadder over here)

I wonder what the word in the Bible would mean the same.

Anyone have any ideas?

Please feel free to answer.

The word might be nonsense or foolishness. Here is a verse: The LORD said, “If they have begun to do this
as one people speaking the same language, then nothing they devise will be beyond them. Come, let Us
go down and confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.” Genesis 11:6-7

It seems after that that nobody understood anyone else cuz they were all speaking gobbledygook...

You need to do this yourself.

I have read it many times over for 40 years. I also have read the OT..

Again, you were shown to be in error. You could show some humility and confess your error. or continue to prove your pride.
Ok.."i was in error"

we are not puppets, we have His life within us. If folks refuse to listen to Him He just passes on.
Right , if they don’t listen to him and choose life

Exactly what I’m saying

“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30:19‬ ‭

if I won’t listen to him telling me to choose life , it’s not that he moves on it is that I reject his offer of life . His choice was to die and save us , our choice is to hear and believe him this is the very thing that creates a choice for the believer hesring what he really said will give us life is what offers the choice

Without the gospel no one would have a choice of salvation now we do . We can choose Christ and his kingdom but if we don’t hear about it , we’ll never even know about it in order to choose

awe might think we have no option no choice we’re just the devils puppet no will of our own yadda yadda hiss hiss

It’s the truth that sets free but not when we reject it

Who did He set before life and death? the Red Indians? the Chinese? before they had a choice to choose between they had no choice.

Before we are saved we have no choice.

... you can choose strawberry ice cream instead of chocolate but you can't choose to be saved.

John 5:26-30
26 For as the Father hath life in himself, so he hath given the Son also to have life in himself: 27 And he hath given him power to do judgment, because he is the Son of man. 28 Wonder not at this; for the hour cometh, wherein all that are in the graves shall hear the voice of the Son of God. 29 And they that have done good things, shall come forth unto the resurrection of life; but they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment. 30 I cannot of myself do any thing. As I hear, so I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of him that sent me.
Notice those were in the GRAVES. The church, the Body of Christ is NOT in the graves and also the righteous/just men (& women) OT saints are NOT in the graves.

`But you have come to Mount Zion and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus...` (Heb. 12: 22 - 24)

Our bodies will be in the graves. Our spirits will be in heaven. Soul and body unite at the resurrection

`All those in the graves` are NOT the Body of Christ for the spirits as you rightly say are in heaven. They will come with Jesus so they are not in the grave hearing the voice of the Lord.
