Thank you for your insight would you advise the nwt is corrupt?

May the Lord bless your desire to seek the truth.

The video in the link points out it's flaws.
If we can agree on the truth that God desires for us to learn and believe the truth, then we can rest in the fact that He provided it throughout history.

There are a LOT of new translations based loosely upon the Vaticanus & Siniatucus that are contemporary and disagree with the Received Text that the King James Bible are based on.
We would either have to say that the Bible that was available to all the churches since 1611 and others prior are God's Word OR that God has hidden His Word until recently, revealing it through the Watch Tower Society and scores of other publishers.

I believe the King James is and was God's choice for those hundreds of years to the English speaking world. The NEW World Translation is relatively new as it is different in many ways from the Bible that has been the source of doctrine and faith throughout most of the world.

I'm going to start reading the King James version Bible soon from beginning to end. And I wanted to have some tips on how to read and understand the king James version Bible. Some of the words I don't understand and the sentences I don't comprehend or understand them. What should I do? Do you have any tips on how to understand the Kings James Version Bible?
Have a dictionary with you.. You can also do an internet search on the word.. Type in the word and then meaning after it and do the search.. Given time after a number of repetitions you will end up understanding the words..

And never forget to pray to God for understanding.. Ultimately it is by His Holy Spirit that we come to understand scriptures..

Kyle,

Please consider listening to this with an open Bible and open mind.

Charles Russell and the Watchtower Society

When I was a teenager I understood that God wanted us to go to His Holy Word as the source of pure truth. So I asked God to help me to understand the Bible in regards to This Basic Fact.<

Jesus Himself spoke often that He would suffer and die at the hands of sinful men and yet rise again bodily. He did not rise in another body. It was His own. He proved this by eating with His disciples and showing the wounds in His side and hands. Religious preachers like those in the Watchtower Society reject what Jesus said, but true preachers like the apostles and prophets confirm it time and again in the pure Word of God, the King James Bible.

Luke 24:7

"Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again."
Your statement is so true, all I have is love in my ❤️ ,, even though no original Bible, manuscript of the Hebrew and Aramaic Scriptures all of the Christian Greek Scriptures have survived to our day. Therefore how can we be so certain that the contents of the Bible we have today, truly reflect the original inspired writings?

Not all copies of ancient Bible manuscripts contain identical wording. How then can we know what the original text contained the situation could be likened to that of a teacher, who asks 100 students to copy a chapter of a book, even if the original chapter was later, lost a comparison of 100 copies would still reveal the original text. While each student might make some errors it is highly unlikely that all the students would make exactly the same ones. Similarly when scholars compared thousands of fragments and copies of ancient Bible books available to them. They can detect copyist error and determine the original wording .

For the most intimate relationship with god new world translation is vital
, I should say I’m speaking for myself only I want to get as close to Jesus as possible we are all on the same team here. I grew up with the King James Version just had no one to help me study in-depth, I could never understand and relate to the Latin words, also the foundation of my faith is his name Jehovah, I believe the power of his name saved me from a mental breakdown. I was being terrorised by dark spirits pretending to be my mum who had just passed away. The power of his name makes me feel safe in this house where she died, I have a personal relationship with Jesus. New world translation bible was vital to me, if you feel the fruits of his spirit an you’re heart is full of love then what your reading is working

Don’t let no one divide us!! I love everyone of you x

Quotations from the early church fathers allow the reconstruction of almost the entire New Testament as it is
found today. For example, Clement (c. AD 95) quotes from eleven New Testament books, Ignatius (c. AD 107)
quotes from nearly every New Testament book, and Polycarp (a disciple of John, c. AD 110) quotes from
seventeen New Testament books. Using the early church fathers’ quotes, the entire New Testament can be
pieced together, with the exception of 20–27 verses, most of them from 3 John. Such evidence witnesses
to the fact that the New Testament was recognized far earlier than the Council of Carthage in AD 397 and
that the New Testament we have today is the same as what was written 2,000 years ago.

The NWT which you have been promoting is a translation of the Bible published by the
Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society; it is used and distributed by Jehovah's Witnesses.

Jehovah's Witnesses are considered a cult because they deny the Deity of Christ.

Where is all of this coming from?

I don't see what there is about Adstar's post that should/would be considered rude, belittling, or hateful.

Perhaps you misunderstood his post?

He was giving an answer to a question from the OP of the thread. He was not trying to criticize your English grammar.

Part of not being too easily offended is spending the time and effort to make sure you understand what someone actually said... ;)

I don't think of you as a spiritual infant. I just try to share the gospel with everyone that I don't know well. Somebody cared enough to share it with me and I think it's God's will to do likewise.

About the KJV, I'm older than you and have had more time to read and just study the issue of English versions.
If English is not your first language, perhaps there's another better suited for you. I don't know. As to English speakers, there are compelling reasons to read the KJV over the contemporary ones.

One thing is true of us all is that we all know different things that we can help each other with, as you know about subjects that I am not knowledgeable about.

>This is a link< to the history and many topics about the English Bibles. At the very bottom of the page is an arrow in a box to their YouTube channel for videos.
I hope this helps.

Not all copies of ancient Bible manuscripts contain identical wording.
You can decide to trust in the Power of the LORD to preserve the message of His Word and decide which Bible is the preserved Word of God.. I trust in the KJV..

Similarly when scholars compared thousands of fragments and copies of ancient Bible books available to them. They can detect copyist error and determine the original wording .
Thats what the the group that produced the KJV had and did..
