If you've ever been to Paris or London & remember them fondly, don't go there now, it's heart breaking. They look like a third-world dumps. And they have become dangerous.

I've just seen Trudeau on Emancipation Day, apologising for Canada's history of slavery!
It would be hilarious  if it wasn't so vomit inducing
Actually, he was implicitly taking credit for ending it.
Giving himself "attaboys" is about all that he can muster nowadays.

5. D. E. I. (Didn't Earn It) in even public safety roles

6. A weak and feckless military

7. LGBTQI.... EVERYTHING!

8. Billions upon Billions to Ukraine, while homeless vets suffer

Trump has given the Evangelicals a voice. When they want to pray or speak Trump allows them. So Trump is allowing the message of Jesus to be heard. So even though I do not agree with Trump or his antics, I do appreciate that he allows CHRISTIANS to be HEARD. You won't see that from Harris or JFK. Allowing Jesus to be acknowledge to this Nation outranks political values or personal morality.
Trump is simply using evangelicals to further his own agendas.
If evangelicals think they need to use a man like Trump to supposedly give them a voice, then they need to question their own morals and ethics as well.

Actually, Evangelicals, are using Trump. Evangelicals already have a platform that normally only Believers see. With Trump, that platform expands to anyone paying attention politically.

The fact that you don't know who is using who tells me they should revoke your rights to both vote and have an opinion.

I would agree, but more than an agenda, a place in the history books like Hilary Clinton coveted and of course all narcissists cannot survive unless they have their ego fed continually, the large audience fulfills that need.

Having stated this, better he pander to the evangelical vote and obtain their vote and stop the agenda of the other party which is sending the USA over the financial cliff along with all the domestic problems they have created because of the wrong priorities.

Are you saying that evangelicals are trying to institute a theocracy or some kind of divine right of rule?

True, but what is actually going on is you have a bunch of evangelicals who have formed a whole slew of action groups which have invaded the political sphere and who are committed to making the US a Christian nation; Christian nationalists in other words. Each group has a different function but one goal: take over the seven mountains, or spheres, for Christianity (white, protestant Christianity to be more specific). The mountains include things like entertainment, education, the arts; and most importantly, politics. These people are using Donald Trump to further their goals. He, in turn, is using grass roots evangelicals to get elected. It's all pretty sad and pathetic when you realize everyone is using everyone else for political power. Even if the Christian nationalists win, I'm afraid most people aren't going to recognize the brand of "Christianity" they want to force down everyone else's throats.

And everyone in America is going to play ball?

I doubt it. In fact I don't think it would fly any better than a lead zeppelin.

I would say that there is zero probability of America becoming a Christian Iran.
Contrarily, I also think that there is a fair to middling chance of America going full bore neo-communism.

No. It means

Didn’t

Earn

It

Yerribly bad for all Americans, but especially for black Americans. We can never again think a black person is deserving, competent, or even capable when I see them at a job.

How can anyone think anything else?

Very damaging to the hard working black Americans that actually did earn their position. No way to tell them apart.

BTW.....it should be obvious that DEI is a form of "soft Marxism". A wedge of sorts to achieve the goal of full blown communism.

Why?

Because the circumstances (and goal) are such that only loyal party members will be hired.......by other loyal party members.
Merit, skill, achievement and qualifications mean NOTHING. Working harder than the next guy means nothing. Risking more to get ahead means nothing. Nothing means anything other than being a loyal worker in the hammer and sickle club.

And am I wrong, or do I smell Obama and other crypto-commies in the shadows promoting this stuff? You know.......rules for radicals and all of that biz?

Oh and another thing.....DEI is unconstitutional and illegal and would be struck down in any court if a lawsuit was filed.
I am shocked that there are not lawyers chasing these cases like ambulances.

Explain then how a person with common sense, ethics or empathy can vote for a Republican leader such as Trump?
I presented plenty of evidence here as to why supporting such a person is wrong. Yet you cannot provide a legitimate reason to do so. Except for, "Biden is bad". Or "Some other other Democratic leader did the same thing as Trump".
A legitimate reason to do so might be that they disagree with you & your alleged evidence, your assessment of President Trump's character and they are currently still free vote for whom they choose.

Have you read this Thread?
It literally speaks for itself.
I didn't really word that correctly, how I should have phrased it is....

... do you think (as you personally) believe this is a possible reality, that a small minority of Christians could install by force a government where Christians maintain a privileged position and exert the most power?
