Correction... And His plan does not provide salvation to all people.
Do you think God's plan provides salvation to all people? I did not know you were a universalist.

I don't believe God created anyone for damnation. But I do believe men fit themselves for destruction.
Again, I'm not a Calvinist. Your insistence that I am is bearing a false witness, just as your earlier assertion that I believe Jesus gives false hope.
You are a dishonest person.
I was answering your question, I did a quick search that was the answer.

Did I say you believe it.

You have said multiple times that you believe men fit themselves for destruction.

Many of those times specifically to HiH.

Hardly surprising that @HeIsHere dishonestly misrepresents your belief.

Much like @Nehemiah6 who insists I apologize for something I did not do, while
he refuses to apologize for doing the very thing he accused me of. So typical.

Oh, that twisty thing you do. More dishonesty from you.

That was the implication.
It has been asked, answered by me before and since you asked again I looked for new answer.
Last time I read the bible it did not speak about the the indigenous people in North or South America.

Again the question was just a deflection, but I am still waiting on the scripture that states man in his fallen state is BORN unable to make a moral judgement/believe and respond to the power and truth wrought by the Gospel.

Romans 8:6-7
This Scripture has been provided to you before but you ignore and/or deny it. The
natural man is UNABLE to submit to God's law. That is what "nor can it do so" means.

Why don't you just come right out and claim nobody needs to be born again?

That is one of the great questions. I am thinking about making a topic about it. It took centuries for anyone to hear the gospel in americas. I wonder what happened to them? Did God judge them based on the knowledge they DID have or were they just automatically condemned? Will they get a chance to believe in the future? Jesus died preach to people who died during Noah's time. The true answer biblically is: We don't know
It is appointed unto man once to die, and then the judgement. So there is not a second chance.
Did Jesus preach to the people of Noah's day? Yes, through Noah. Through the ark. Through Noah's righteous lifestyle.

Another answer,

The problem is “there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God” (Romans 3:11).

People reject the knowledge of God that is present in nature and in their own hearts, and instead decide to worship a “god” of their own creation. It is foolish to debate the fairness of God sending someone to hell who never had the opportunity to hear the gospel of Christ. People are responsible to God for what God has already revealed to them. The Bible says that people reject this knowledge, and therefore God is just in condemning them to hell.

Seems like a bit of a softer approach.

Not a deflection. God has ordained life through the gospel and the Spirit. He's certainly not limited to this means of salvation, but it is His customary way. So either God worked outside His ordinary mean, or these people perished.
No one has said fallen man is unable to make a moral choice concerning the gospel. What has been stated is the choice fallen man makes is always contrary to God. That is the nature of fallen man. He has maintained his faculties; they have simply been corrupted. They no longer propel him towards God, but away from God. You see this immediately after the occurrence of the first sin. Since this is the estate all enter the world, man by virtue of sin, is antithetical towards God. His moral choices reflect this reality.

Kind of makes you wonder doesn't it?

You are a dishonest person.

Here is another answer.

God’s Way is Wide Enough
We know that God will deal fairly with those who have not received a direct presentation of the gospel, just as He will deal fairly with those who have. But is God’s way too narrow? Far from it. God’s way is wide enough for everyone willing to accept it and receive Christ. The most important question any of us can answer is the one Jesus asked his own disciples, “But what about you? Who do you say I am?” (Matthew 16:15; Mark 8:29; Luke 9:20).

What Motivates the Question?
Often the question is asked as a diversion. It immediately takes away the focus on the person asking the question and shifts a problem back to the Christian. This is not to say it’s not a legitimate question (it is), but the motivation is not always a sincere desire to get an answer. Of course, ignoring the question is not helpful, either, as this gives the impression that the Christian doesn’t care or doesn’t have a good answer.

Perhaps we can just say, I do not know.

It has ... does it state they were BORN that way?

Is the verse about spiritual salvation, soteriology
Or does it assumed into the text?

It speaks of the natural man. That IS how people are born except perhaps to people like you who deny what is plainly stated.

The only way you can object to the scriptures is to deny original sin! Is that what you are pitching!
Seems akin to denying we are born of Adam, and are by nature children of wrath.

Hard to escape those conclusions. Built in to all of this is their insistence
that the will of man is free, which is NOWHERE taught in Scriptures.

But they love to read that in and assume it as if it were a fact.

it is not about original sin, it is about God's provision to the sinner who is called to believe and is not BORN unable to do so.
