Some people think abortion is a personal matter up to the moment of delivery I do not.

And it should also be noted that population decline is a significant problem in many countries including USA, I wonder why.
Is it legally and ethically advisable for you to intervene on someone else's personal family matters? No it is not. And it should not be the governments business either. Government should totally exit the whole thing. Gone. Out.

Of course you can be actively engaged in your OWN family matters and personal matters pertaining th these things to the fullest extent that you want.

I hope so, but as you know from your studies, civilizations rise and fall and the indicators are from all I have studied the USA is a nation in decline, but maybe the decline can go a bit slower, I would be good with that.
America isn't beyond repair, but the greatness of America was never its people, but, like Israel, it was always God. America, like any nation, can fall on its face before God. He's still merciful. Righteousness still exalts a nation.

If I tell you I may not live to see another day. LOL just kidding.
I am pretty sure his recent huge donation is public.
What's funny is that you believe people can buy Trump. He's far to great a narcissist believe anyone can teach him or that he needs anyone.

There is a big difference between a narcissist (totally self-centered) and a person who is totally confident about himself. He built s real estate empire and is a multibillionaire. But it is time for the Republican "Never-Trumpers" to grow up. Here is an excellent article from American Thinker.
Time for NeverTrump Republicans to Put On Their Big Boy Pants

PART I

My flak jacket is on as I write this since I am sure to offend or piss off some friends, family, and colleagues who are ostensibly Republicans or conservatives but have a visceral aversion to Donald Trump.

Some tell me they are Republican and miss Ronald Reagan but also admit they “couldn’t” vote for Donald Trump in either 2016 or 2020. Nothing says one is Republican like voting for a liberal Democrat. This is the NeverTrump wing of the Republican Party, emerging shortly after Trump secured the GOP nomination in 2016. Reasons for NeverTrump-ism are myriad.

Some were offended by his mean tweets, name-calling, and brash Queens personality. Others disliked his confidence and determination to punch back twice as hard when attacked, particularly when the attacks were bogus (Russian collusion, fine people, grab em by the p***y, etc).

Many establishment Republicans only wanted a nominee who was part of George Carlin’s “big club,” with the last name of Bush, or endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce, The Wall Street Journal, or the Koch brothers.

Still others bristled at Trump’s desires to secure America’s borders, avoid foreign wars, achieve American energy independence, and level the playing field of global trade. After all, globalists and the military-industrial complex are happy with and profit immensely from open borders, endless wars, high energy prices, and China-centric trade deals.

In two and a half months, there will be a reckoning, America First versus America Last. The comparisons to four years ago are legion.

Trump attempted to build a border wall, despite NeverTrump resistance from his own party. Biden opened the border to the tune of 10,000 known illegal crossings per day.

Trump nominated three Constitutional Supreme Court justices while Biden nominated one who doesn’t know what a woman is. Democrats want to stack the high court with leftists who will rewrite the U.S. Constitution to resemble Marx and Engels’s Communist Manifesto.

Trump’s economy had high employment and low inflation. The Biden/Harris/Obama economy provided the opposite. Trump did not start any foreign wars during his four years in office. Harris/Obama/Biden started wars between Ukraine and Russia, Israel and Iran, and Yemen and the Western world.

Our national debt has eclipsed $35 trillion. Congress spends $12 million per minute. Our debt-to-GDP ratio is 1.37, red line territory. GDP represents all federal income, personal and government, but federal receipts or income is only $4.4 trillion, an eighth of the debt.

If the federal government aimed to eliminate the debt, it would take eight years with zero spending on anything the government currently funds. Our rapidly growing debt is not sustainable without some serious course correction. Who is more likely to steer America in the right direction? Obama/Harris/Biden or Trump? This should be an easy answer.

PART II
The current Democrat presidential ticket is two Marxists. They want to command and control all aspects of American economics and life. They will weaponize the government even further to achieve their Orwellian dystopia. The U.K. is imprisoning those who post critical or mean comments on social media. Harris/Walz will say, “Hold my beer” and double down on censorship, punishing anyone who disagrees with Big Brother.

They will regulate the airline industry to the point that air travel is either unaffordable or impractical. Price controls will be added to food and groceries, limiting choices and creating shortages. How did government control of food distribution work in Venezuela and the U.S.S.R.?

Taxes would rise under a Harris administration. So would the minimum wage, making small business so small it no longer exists, while big business simply passes on increased wage costs to consumers, a stealth tax.

Under a Democrat administration, America will send money and U.S. soldiers to defend other countries’ borders, while leaving America’s borders wide open. Illegal aliens will continue terrorizing, injuring, or killing Americans, whether at a Missouri laundromat, a Wisconsin home, or at a Florida motel.

Cutesy time is over, as Dan Bongino would say. In a few months, America will either have a reset, or a quick slide into tyranny and chaos.

Trump is Trump, his personality almost 80 years in the making. He will not suddenly become Ronald Reagan, with a smooth voice and disarming charm. But so what? Trump’s brashness is a breath of fresh air compared to career politicians who offer a word salad of platitudes and promises while actually accomplishing nothing.

When you are dying from some strange disease that no one can diagnose or treat, who do you want caring for you? You could have warm, empathetic, fatherly Dr. Marcus Welby, who doesn’t know what’s wrong with you but holds your hand as you die. Or you could have rude, abrasive, obnoxious Dr. Gregory House who, while making fun of you with zero bedside manner, makes the correct diagnosis and prescribes the proper treatment, allowing you to walk out of the hospital a week later.

We are not choosing a prom date, a spouse, a roommate, or a valentine. We are choosing the leader of America and the free world. You may not like Trump’s calling his opponents mean names. But did you object when Bush was called 'Hitler,' Trump 'a Nazi,' or Paul Ryan “pushed” granny off a cliff?

Politics ain’t beanbag. If your opponent is fighting dirty, you had better step up or you will lose. It seems many NeverTrump Republicans, rather than get their knuckles bloody, would rather take the high road and deliver a kindly concession speech.

What’s more offensive? J.D. Vance tweeting about the new Democrat base of childless cat ladies? Or the U.K. imprisoning one of her citizens for 20 months for posting on Facebook, “Every man and their dog should be smashing f*** out Britannia Hotel.” While at home we have no problem with Daily Beast and CNN contributor Reza Aslan tweeting, “If they even TRY to replace RBG we burn the entire f***ing thing down.”

Assuming the election actually happens (not derailed by pandemic, cyberattack, or war) and that Harris/Walz is the ticket (rather than Obama, Clinton, or Biden), America is faced with a binary choice. At least the Republican ticket was chosen by voters, unlike the Democrat ticket selected in a smoke-filled room by DNC muckety-mucks.

NeverTrumpers can pout that their preferred guy or gal was rejected, not by the Chamber of Commerce or Wall Street Journal but by Republican voters, instead nominating someone who speaks to the concerns of millions of Americans and is willing to fight for them. It’s a simple choice and not that complicated.

Insurrection Barbie on Twitter concluded a rant with this: "When Trump was president, your streets were safer, your border was secure, your wallet had more money in it, you could buy more goods with your paycheck, and the entire world was at peace instead of on fire. Voting for communism is not the solution to your precious feelings. Get a therapist."

Time for NeverTrumpers to put on their big boy pants and think of their country, their children, and grandchildren. Do they want the Marxist world the Democrats are eager to usher in, displayed in real time in the U.K.? Or do they want to push back in the only way practical?

As Ronald Reagan spoke in 1964, it’s “a time for choosing.” Choose wisely.

It's a great article and the choice is an easy one. It doesn't change the fact that Trump isn't serving many masters. In the end, he serves himself. Fortunately, that will be good for the average American.

Yes they will do all of that and worse. The dissolution of the Republic is the plan.

The BLM protest that Trump wanted to use the military against in his lady term was peaceful. He was not Abel to do it because the people that would implement his orders would not do it, because it’s against are laws and constitution. They will assert a faulty legal argument and the Current Christian nationalists Supreme Court will uphold it.

im not going bit the bait and talk to you about policies when at this point we have proof that a future Trump administration is planning to use force in order to implement the will of the minority over the will of the Majority.

the US government would no longer be a
constitutional republic we would be a Authoritarian theocracy.

It’s not about stopping property damage the national guard can be called in those states. It’s about separation of power. The president should not be in charge of calling force against the people that should be done on the state level. It’s set up that way because our founding fathers wanted to avoid the Authoritarian government they were breaking away from.
Totally Objective Fact Check on X: "✅FACT @tim_walz presided over widespread looting, rioting and arson in Minnesota in 2020. @KamalaHarris's response was to further stir up racial tensions and fund-raise to bail out the rioters #Trumpcheck #Kamalacheck #Walzcheck #election2024 #blacklivesmatter #antifa" / X

A somewhat cryptic post, but I will take it as abortion is a private matter and society has no duty to protect the lives of the unborn,

If the "right to life" which is a first principle, a fundamental God given right, privilege and duty, then any society which denies this right to life, may flourish for a time but ultimately will succumb and destroy itself from within.

This is precisely the sort of thing that ended our church.

Some folks not only didn't tolerate people with different experiences and views, they took that next step and leveled all sorts of terrible accusations against them, including saying they weren't real Christians (and worse).

I humbly suggest you pray and God gives you the wisdom and strength to be around people who are different than you,
It's not about that, it's about Truth, right and wrong, and what you stand on. What Cameron said is 100% correct, and people that don't live in honesty within themselves are in fact this way. We are not even sure what you believe because you are to "whatever" to clearly state it. I'll tell you what I believe and what policies I believe in 100% strait up without avoiding it or tip toeing all around it like you've been doing here and like EVERY Democrat leader does all day every day. You can't get a Democrat to answer a question at ALL. They also lie non-stop. If you feel your positions are so "right" and strong then please stand on them and tell us how you feel about these things.

First question, do you even have to courage to stand on your political position? Will you tell us what political party you align with? I assume you're a Democrat, but I haven't seen you actually say that, so really at any time you could throw out "I never said I was a Democrat" as a defense, even though your every argument aligns with Democrat ideology. Can you even stand on your political position honestly here and tell us were you stand?

Can a man become a woman? Do you think this should be taught to our children in schools?

Do you believe children should be given drugs that sterilize them and alter the natural process of maturation artificially?

How about a personal question. How do you as a professing Christian feel about a child being told "you were born in the wrong body." Telling a child made EXACTLY as they were supposed to be by a loving God for a purpose told by the adults around them that they were born wrong. That God made a mistake. How do you feel about that?

How do you feel about men being aloud into women's sports and locker rooms with a swinging Johnson?

Let's talk about the biggest "right" Democrats worship, Abortion. How do you feel about killing babies that God is knitting together in the safe womb of their mothers? Do you, like the Democrat party, think that abortion should be legal in every state for any reason up to the moment of birth and even a little after in some cases? Because I haven't seen ANY Democrat admit they support this, even though they do, and they don't because they know it's shameful. They side step it and lie saying "that never happens" when it happens ALL THE TIME (10,000 late term abortion a year in the US)! They lie and avoid because they are too cowardly to stand on what they believe. How about you Christian? Do you have the courage to tell us that you support this policy?

How about our boarder? Do you believe they're doing a "great job" and letting 10's of millions of people invade our country with the promise of taking care of them with our tax money, is this a winning strategy? Are you for 4 more years of this?

How about college debt relief, or Kamala's communist price setting idea now, or 25k for new home buying. Do you think these are Good ideas?

So I can't wait to see how you feel about these issues and if you have the courage to stand on the things you defend on here. It would be a nice change from the spineless cowards that Democrats voted into office now.

Some historians/political analysts state the USA stopped being a "righteous" somewhere in the early 1900's ... I agree with the more predominant view that the USA sealed its demise after WW II when it decided it should rule the world.

I find this post a little ironic or something approximating irony coming from someone who believes man's fallen nature is so sinful, even an act which may appear "good" comes from a heart of darkness and so depraved he cannot even believe the simple Gospel unless enabled by God.

Narcissists are users and that is what Trump does he uses people for his own advantage.
He also loves this nation and the possibilities it has afforded him, and wants to see that continue. His self interest aligns with what is good for most Americans. On the other hand, those on the left have goals that will bring harm to most Americans. No rocket science here.

There is a tendency when someone promotes a particular person to believe that such a person is blind to that person's frailty and weaknesses. I do so sometimes myself. But this is seldom true. Generally, they have weighed those things and find, that given a binary choice, it's something that they will just have to accept or a worse set of frailty and weaknesses.

That said, I don't find the choice in this election difficult if one chooses to vote. And I will probably forever be at a loss to understand how a professing Christian can vote for the certain and continuing death of others.

Leave this matter to the state or local government or family unit, the family unit being the ultimate governmental structure.
The Federal Government should not get involved. Exit the debate and leave it to the family to deal with.

Concordantly what MUST HAPPEN is that the Democrats should not be gleefully promoting this abortion murder fest insanity.
Its sick and evil to applaud these things.

That's because my hope isn't in men. My hope is in God and what His word teaches and promises. History is not under man's control, but God's. It is following a divine plan and timetable, and things are going as planned.
You also misrepresented my position concerning man again. I believe the natural man can and does understand the gospel. I believe it is foolishness to him so he rejects it. You might be surprised where I read that. I certainly didn't write it.

He states he loves this nation, yet look who were his advisors in his administration, war mongers and men of dubious character.

My research is that both parties have been infiltrated and are compromised, and really corporations/military industrial complex runs the USA not the President and this is a well known fact... follow the money it is all there if one wants to take the time to follow the trail of connections.

I will state, I have tremendous respect for Thomas Massie who seems to be the one man of principle.

You can be hopeful, I do think we need more people who are, but I am a realist.

Oh yes I understand your perspective. I get it.
But Trump IS in fact anti-war and IMO wants to (at least in some degree) break the MIC entrenched power matrix.

The Democrats? They want war EVERYWHERE including civil war, ME war, Ukraine war, world war, endless war.
They are the doomsday choice.

We shall see.

I would agree that Trump is anti-war for the most part, and yet he seems almost naive about things.
Clinton, Bush, Bush Jr. Obama.... all of them causing trouble everywhere

Yes we shall see.
