Fun fact. Portugal finally officially adopted the Brazilian dialect because most Portuguese speakers live in Brazil. England will figure it out eventually ;-)

most people have some type of hotwater heater in their homes.

why do we need to heat hot water?? should it not be called a cold water heater??

or, if your cold water is actually not cold just cool, should it them be a cool water heater??

and if the water heater is cool, is the heat/ac unit a nerd??
As someone formerly in the business of architecture, I can tell you that it's simply called a water heater. Why would you need to heat water if its already hot?

For a movie about birds attacking people, The Birds sure doesn't show one speck of bird poop. How do you have that many birds in one town with no poop?
I vacationed once in Bodega Bay where it was filmed. I can confirm the existence of bird poop there.

Yeah most people I know call it a water heater. But there are a few who call it a hot water heater. Seems redundantly redundant to me. Like calling it a food microwave.
