My opinion is that she only sounds like a extreme leftist when she is campaigning then when she gets into office her political views change back.
She was for funding the police until George Floyd happened then she was for defunding then back again.

Otherwise YOU cite the case.
What specific case are you referring to? I'm not aware of one where the Trump people tried to submit evidence but a court wouldn't allow it.
