Just thought I would ask to see if anyone else had an interest in or have read any books on the resurrection. Gary R. Habermas is the main author of interest for me. He has been working on the resurrection throughout his career.

On the Resurrection, Volume 1: Evidences
Gary R. Habermas

The Case for the Resurrection of Jesus
Gary R. Habermas , Michael R. Licona

The Resurrection of Jesus: A New Historiographical Approach
Michael R. Licona

I have watched some of Gary's videos and am intrigued by his research.
I am wondering if anyone else has looked at his work , read any of his work or any of Licona's work on the subject.

This thread has been up more than half a day and nobody has said it yet?

Fine. I guess it's up to me to say it.

"I got the Bible to tell me about the Resurrection. I don't need no other books!"

I think there's a law that this statement must be said about any thread where the topic is books about religion. So now this is taken care of. You're welcome.

Well sir I wasn't asking if anyone needed any of those books as proof. I was asking if any one has read any of them. I find these things interesting it's called apologetics.

I know. My previous post was something in the way of a joke. A lot of people make statements like the one I made in my previous post. So I was acting like I was supplying something that is so common that it could be considered essential to a thread like this.

Well I sure won't ask again brother. If you can get to the proper atorities we can kill this thread and i won't ever mention reading any extrabiblical material.

Theres no offence taken I'm just in the wrong crowd . It's cool . no sweat.

I was joking!

I don't know anything about the topic though, so I can't give any advice. Somebody will be along soon who knows more about the topic than I do.

It was a joke. I didn't mean it!
