All men will be judged by the 10 commandments. The Decalogue existed before Mount Sinai. All ten are in our heart. Heb.4:9...there remains a keeping of a Sabbath.[/QUOTE

I disagree. All of the OT was written for the Jewish nation. It was their law and was never given to anyone else. Do you see gentiles in the Bible keeping the Sabbath? Not unless they converted to Judaism. No, gentiles were not governed by Jewish laws. They ate food that Jews considered unclean. They did not keep Jewish feasts and we’re not even allowed in the Temple. There is an interesting story in the Old Testament that illustrates this perfectly. It’s in first Samuel when the Philistines stole the Ark of God during a battle with the Israelites. God sent plagues on the Philistines until they gave the Ark back—but before they sent it back to the Jews, they opened it up and put “gifts” inside it . When it came back to the land of the Israelites, they looked into the ark and God killed 50,000 of them because they touched the ark and looked into it. 1Sam 5:19. Why did the Jews die but the Philistines did NOT DIE when they touched the ark??? BECAUSE THE LAW THAT SAID YOU SHALL NOT TOUCH THE ARK OF GOD was only given to the Jews. It was not a law for the gentiles ( Philistines). So they were not governed by that command.
The 10 commandment was a large part of that law but only given to Jews—not for gentiles. Gentiles did not keep the 10 commandments. It was not their law.

Christ came to break down that law between Jew and Gentile so to make “ONE” flock. In order to do that, he had to remove that Old Jewish law and create a new law that was for everyone—Jew and gentile alike. So Colossians 2:14 tells us that Christ took it out of the way nailing it to his cross. As a result of Christ doing that, no one can judge Christians in regard to feast days, new moons or Sabbath days—why?? Because Jesus has taken it away and it is no longer governing anybody. There are so many scriptures that teach this. Galations and Hebrews particularly do. Don’t have space or time to go into all of them but here is a list for your private study. Keep in mind that the “seed” is Christ and his law is a law of faith and liberty. The old law is portrayed as a law of BONDAGE because of all the feasts and animal sacrifices that must be performed.
GALATIONS: 2:16, 3:10,11,13,19,26; 4:21-28; 5:1-4
HEBREWS- 7:12,22; 8:7-9, 13; 9:16-17; 10:8-9.

All of the 10 commandments, with the exception of the Sabbath Day, are included in the new law of Christ. They are not in a list but can be found all over the New Testament . So, no, I do not murder or steal but not because the 10 commandments in the Old Testament tell me not to; I don’t do that because Christ tells me not to. Nowhere In the New Testament is anyone ever told to remember the 7th day and keep it holy. We have a new day to honor and it is the first day of the week because that is the day Christ rose from the dead; that was the day His church began in Acts 2 . It is called “the Lord’s day in Revelation 1 by John. It is the day the disciples met to worship and take the Lord’s supper. Acts 20:7 and is the day the apostle Paul told the churches to take up a collection. 1 Corinthians 16:1-2.

The “rest” that is talked about in Hebrews 4:9 is NOT the old Sabbath of the Old Testament. It is a new “rest” for the people of God today. It is “heaven”. That is our rest! Verse 10 says those who enter that rest have CEASED FROM THEir WORKS as God did in creation. That is death!! We don’t cease from our works here on earth until we die. Verse 11 says Let us be diligent TO ENTER THAT REST lest anyone FALL according to ….disobedience.” He’s talking about HEAVEN which is the new “ rest” for Christians. He is NOT talking about the old Sabbath day law of the Jews.

The rest is found in the finished work of Christ. He sat down at the right hand of the Father signifying that all that is necessary for our salvation has been accomplished. Entering into the rest is what happens in salvation wherein one is placed into Christ.

Saved persons enter into eternal rest in Jesus. Everyone agrees on that. The text in vs.9 clearly teaches there remains the keeping of a Sabbath rest...here and now.
Nope. In context it is not talking about the 7th day sabbath..

Precious friend, so since I have Already "entered Into Eternal Rest In Jesus"
the day He "Saved" me, then why am I not "keeping The 'Sabbath' Rest"
[ 24/7/365 ("every day alike" Romans 14:5 AV) ], "Here And Now," In Him,
The Reality [ Sabbath ] Who Replaced the 'Saturday [ shadow ] sabbath',
as Clearly Taught in [ Body Of Christ Instructions = ] Colossians 2:17 AV?
+
Since "Hebrews" was written to "Israel," then what is Clearly Taught in 13:11 applies to
them, not The Body Of Christ, whose Instructions are in Romans Through Philemon, eh?:

Why would "children of light" desire to live in the darkness of shadows, eh?:

"Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day:
we are not of the night, nor of the darkness."
(1 Thessalonians 5:5 cp "walk" in Ephesians 5:8 AV)
Amen.
We already "feed on Jesus" as the bread of life, and yet we are to keeo observing the Lord's supper

The Mosaic ceremonial laws were fulfilled in Christ. The word used in Hebrews 4:9 is sabbatimos...literally the keeping of a sabbath. The heavenly rest is a different word

The anyonymous author of Hebrews found different ways of describing the superiority of the Lord Jesus Christ. One of them, which forms the underlying motif of chapters 3 and 4, is that Jesus Christ gives the rest that neither Moses nor Joshua could provide. Under Moses, the people of God were disobedient and failed to enter into God’s rest (Heb. 3:18). Psalm 95:11 (quoted in Hebrews 4:3) implies that Joshua could not have given the people “real rest” since “through David” God speaks about the rest he will give on another day (Heb. 4:7). This in turn implies that “There remains a sabbath rest for the people of God” (Heb. 4:9).

In speaking of this rest (Heb. 3:18; 4:1, 3-6, 8) the author consistently used the same word for “rest” (katapausis). Suddenly, in speaking about the “rest” that remains for the people of God, he uses a different word
(sabbatismos, used only here in the NT) meaning specifically a Sabbath rest. In the context of his teaching, this refers fundamentally to the “Sabbath rest” which is found in Christ (“Come . . . I will give you rest,” Matt. 11:28-30). Thus we are to “strive to enter that rest” (Heb. 4:11).

This word means the "keeping of a Sabbath rest", looking for ward to the Eternal rest that we have in Christ.
So In Christ, all ten commandments are still in place, not nailed to His cross as you suggest.
Look it up;(sabbatismos, used only here in the NT)

Correct...we do not keep the Mosaic sabbath, we keep the first day of the week, the Lord's day/sabbath
People can go to church any day of the week.. Sunday if they want but it should not be called a Sabbath.. The Sabbaths are all detailed in the Bible and where all established by God.. We should not add to them by making a new sabbath day..

What correlation is there of the Sabbath and the Lord of the Sabbath?

Hebrews 2:9
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because He suffered death, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.
10:
In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting for God, for whom and through whom all things exist, to make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.
11:
For both the One who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers.
12:
He says: “I will proclaim Your name to My brothers; I will sing Your praises in the assembly.”
13:
And again: “I will put My trust in Him.” And once again: “Here am I, and the children God has given Me.”

Mark 2:27
Then Jesus declared, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
:28
Therefore, the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”

If you've entered into His rest, the Sabbath keeps you. All the Lord's commandments keep you.

Romans 14:5-9
Easy-to-Read Version
5 Some people might believe that one day is more important than another. And others might believe that every day is the same. Everyone should be sure about their beliefs in their own mind. 6 Those who think one day is more important than other days are doing that for the Lord. And those who eat all kinds of food are doing that for the Lord. Yes, they give thanks to God for that food. And those who refuse to eat some foods do that for the Lord. They also give thanks to God.

7 We don’t live or die just for ourselves. 8 If we live, we are living for the Lord. And if we die, we are dying for the Lord. So living or dying, we belong to the Lord. 9 That is why Christ died and rose from death to live again—so that he could be Lord over those who have died and those who are living.

Romans 14, or col.2 do not contradict Heb.4:9

The Sabbath was a picture of the rest we have in Christ. The day is a symbol. God rested not because He was tired, but because He was finished with the physical creation. Christ likewise rested when He sat down at the right hand of the Father having completed the work of the new creation.
That's the rest that remains for God's people. Enter in.
The command to keep the Sabbath is the same command as believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

27Then Jesus declared, “The Sabbath was made for man,"---so we don't work ourselves to fatigue/death

13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

"3 remember the sabbath day to keep it holy"
