What do you think about the U. S. Supreme Court newest case described in this Washington Examiner op-ed?
If SCOTUS is now actually prepared to hear cases regarding religious discrimination and rule on them, then it's fine. The Supreme Court has not been consistent in upholding the Constitution. They did not uphold free speech recently (including some "conservative" judges). They want the government to censor free speech, which is as important as freedom of religion.
