regardless of if the Hattians were doing that or not. It shouldn't be looked down upon with such ridicule. who more important humans or animals? Christians should have more sympathy for starving humans. Us Americans are so funny at times, ducks and geese are widely eaten all over the world. Not to mention cats and dogs,,,,

Jaybird,

just to be clear your not for Harris either right?
Nope. I'm a lifetime registered Independent who typically votes a split ticket (I vote for candidates, not parties), but has grown frustrated and baffled by the Trump takeover of the Republican Party. It's cost them several elections already and it's shaping up to cost them again this year.

I keep finding it harder to find sane, true conservative local Republican candidates to vote for, which I attribute to the Trump influence.

I want the GOP to get back to sanity, so I can have better options come election time.

Great point. It is sad to see fellow Christians reject scripture's instructions on how we're to treat the poor and hungry, and instead run headlong into resentment and hate.

No, that's the most ladylike response I could think of to respond to that flat out lie. Maybe you could do better, but I doubt it.
Come on, surely you can do better than that. Is this the sort of exchange you want?

X is true

That's a lie!

No it's not.

Yes it is!

No it's not.

Yes it is!

She wasn't the "border czar". She was tasked with working with countries in Latin America to address the root causes behind migration.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/othe...-czar-despite-recent-media-claims/ar-BB1qC2XX

Harris was the second woman chosen as border czar by the president.

After 100 days on the job, Roberta Jacobson, President Joe Biden’s first border czar, left the role on April 9, 2021, after already “grappling with large increases of migrants attempting to cross into the U.S.,” The Los Angeles Times reported, saying, “Biden’s border czar … is stepping down.”

Biden announced in a March 24, 2021, news conference that Harris would be responsible for addressing the southwest border surge that already began within days of him taking office. “I can think of nobody who's better qualified to do this than the former” California attorney general, Biden said.

Get past the 10 pages that this year insist on lying about Harris, you will see even liberal Axios called her border czar. Which they are now trying to lie and hide.

Good enough?!!

If the election were really based on experience and past success, Trump would win in a landslide. Unfortunately the media has turned it into "feelings of joy."
Would all of Trump's past business failures be counted as part of that experience?

The former governor of VIRGINIA, (Trump mistakenly said WV), is an abortionist/ baby murderer. He explained in a recorded interview his procedure. I don't recall him referencing a botched abortion.
It's been a while, so I don't recall all the details.
The guy is a demonic Jeffrey Dahmer type, only far more so.
Maybe we can find the interview.
Ahh, yes you are correct in context he was speaking about a baby born with severe deformities.

https://www.cnn.com/2019/01/31/politics/ralph-northam-third-trimester-abortion/index.html

Well this has been going on for many years as a parent once told me that her son born with severe hydrocephalus (before they could test for it in utero) once he was born, she was asked if she would like to refrain from medical saving procedures and let him die in a corner somewhere.

Having stated this, I remember reading about when an abortion is not successful and the termination of life even postpartum, I do know that Kermit Gosnell (West Philidelphia) was guilty of this and was sent to prison.
Excellent movie btw!

He was angry, dark, and loud. He came across like the crazy uncle at Thanksgiving.

Trump lied so much in that debate, the fact-checkers couldn't get to them all and just hit the highlights. You wanna walk through some of them?
Wow, I am thinking you live in an alternate universe and watched a different debate.

Yeah I would be angry too if I had to debate the moderators and my opponent.

Ultimately, it seems you are as biased and brainwashed as the "Trump lovers" the ones on here who can never see where he is wrong and nor admit to it, only on the flip side.

Yes he was. The post-debate polling is as bad for Trump as it was for Biden back in June.

Hopefully we just saw the end of MAGA and Trumpism.
LOL ... you think the other side is going to bring civility and thoughtful dialogue and debate?

It is the right movement, just the wrong person.

2016 demonstrated that there is hope against the establishment political class, but perhaps you prefer the oppressive state and group mind think?

I dislike Trump because of who owns him and make no mistake is owned and will do their bidding when the time comes, perhaps naively because he is not well read and rather simple minded on some things, but I do see his populist movement as somewhat of an attempt to reverse course on what has caused the decline of these united states of America.

If Harris is as dim as you think, what does it say about Trump that she trounced him and he let her manipulate him so much?
Trump is too thin skinned at times, but at least he is not a cackling imbecile.

She is dim but she makes a great puppet for the democratic regime and that's all that seems to matter to democrats.

Actually it is not "Trump lovers" but those who see Trump as the only option. You do not have to love a more suitable candidate. Just cast your vote and be done.

And many of us do see where he is wrong and do not exonerate him. I had said long ago that Operation Warp Speed under Trump was a disaster and that he should publicly apologize for that and make amends. He made an awful lot of mistakes during his presidency and basically sabotaged himself. For a highly successful businessman there were no excuses for all the blunders. He continues to make off-the-cuff remarks to his own detriment. He hangs on to the Secret Service instead of "firing" the bunch sent to "protect" him. He allowed Harris to distract him from the key issues. He did not reject ABC out of hand when that was his privilege and Fox has alreasy made arrangements.

Yes I think most people on CC are in agreement with what you have stated, there are some that seem died hard loyalists, but I was thinking of some people on X who cannot find any fault with him and absolutely seem to adore him.

Trump has aged, he does not have the same quick responses, and I really do not know why he and his team are making all these tactical errors.

These obvious bias and un-professionalism of ABC as moderators my yet backfire on them and on Harris, I do hope so just on principle!!!

But very hard to watch. Dean Cain did a great job. It was hard to believe it was actually true. I believe, but would have to look it up, that PP does not have to report women who die from abortions...

Had it been my debate and the mods started I would stop and say " Am I debating you or her?" "Make you your minds". Then I would have continued and had they interrupted again I would look at the camera and say " I am not willing to debate three people. That is not what I signed on for and this is over". Then I would have walked off the stage and let them continue with their propaganda.

Not anywhere close. You can be as biased as you want but when charted, Independants stayed hard with Trump. The lines barely moved between GOP and Independants. Even on the subject of abortion.
You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.
